Bought my adventurous 11 year old son this scooter for Christmas. 5 months later, the back plastic broke off and the piece that holds the back wheel broke. I contacted the company directly to see if we could purchase replacement pieces. They offered to send him a new scooter on them and we received it & a new charger today. My son is one happy camper! I purchased 2 of these scooters and the T9 Apex did not last 4 months, it has charging issues, when we finally got it to charge there was not enough power or speed. There is no contact information available now to contact the seller. I purchased the warranty and they told me to contact the seller, BIG run around, extremely frustrating, especially with my Grandson not being able to ride his scooter! ... show more

I have bought mutiple electric scooters from amazon. That being said this one has been amazing!!!!! Our son got it for his 10th birthday he loves it! It can play music the sound is a little muffled but still sounds good. Lights up with a rainbow of lights and lastly it has mutiple speeds for beginners to intermediate. This is a cute little scooter, it's pretty sweet! I'm the cool grandma now since I have this, and the grandkids can ride it when they come over! LOL. Personally there's no way I'll get on it as I'm a short handicapped woman with a very bad back. I can't take the risk of falling. This is for the younguns LOL. So it's foldable and easy to transport at just shy of 17 Lbs. Max speed on the T model I got is 12 mph, you do have the option to set limits for the speed, but I'll just bet the kids can figure out how to change that. And we all know how they have no fear, like to push the boundaries.... The lights are cool. I've never had one of these before, it seems well made and it's a hit with the kids! Hopefully it lasts. Has 2 diff brake systems with a handle brake on the handle bars and a back wheel foot pedal. Regular price $ 249.99 per the listing, on sale $ 199.99. This is an expensive toy, only you can decide if it's worth it. I see listings for lower price and higher prices for similar items.
