Just kick the ground and this thing goes. Makes it easy for kids to not have to use a throttle. 2 speeds for beginners and when they get used to it. My daughter rides it everyday.

*update- After spending some time trying to remedy the issue to no avail, my boyfriend reached out to the company to explain the issue. While we still aren't sure what is ultimately causing the issue, the company has offered to send a replacement. I am super grateful they are willing to help and I will have one happy little boy again! I bought this for my son for his birthday to which he was so excited and said it was the best birthday ever (he has been wanting an electric scooter for a while). He opened it on October 12th and enjoyed riding it that day and part of the next. It is October 14th now and the scooter does absolutely nothing now. You can power it on, but further than that it's basically just a regular scooter. After TWO days of use. I guess I either got a faulty product or the other reviews are false information. I digress. I would steer clear of this product OR be sure you purchase the additional $22 protection plan. Super disappointed. ... show more

It's great! I'm a 61yo female just under 5'3", 140, with a size 7 US shoe and this scooter gets me to the better bus stop. The scooter is sturdy, easy to carry relative to others, easy to ride, and charges quickly. The cute bubblegum pink and size makes me feel like less of a target to urban thugs. Soon I plan to try to put it in a holder and carry it in stores while shopping at the nearby stores. Thank you! :-) ... show more

This is a decent beginners scooter. It is step on, push, and go. There is not throttle. They have cool lights. It has 2 speed settings and a battery percentage reminder on the side.
