This hoodie has the look and silhouette you expect from Y2K streetwear but the execution lands well below the mark. The fit is the one part that feels right. The sizing is accurate and the oversized cut sits comfortably without looking sloppy. The drop shoulders and graphic layout have the potential to look stylish from a distance and the general shape works well with jeans or joggers. That makes it wearable if you only care about the outline of the outfit rather than the details. Everything else feels cheap. The fabric is thin in a way that immediately signals lower quality. It has some softness but no weight or structure which makes it feel more like a bargain bin costume hoodie than real streetwear. The print is the biggest disappointment. It looks dull and low resolution in person which ruins the main design element the hoodie is meant to showcase. The zipper is another problem. It binds and catches enough to make you hesitate every time you zip it up which is not something you should have to deal with on a new garment. The style concept is solid but the low quality materials and weak print hold it back. If you want the look for a very low price it might be acceptable but it is nowhere near the quality suggested by the listing photos. ... show more
