I bought this full size mattress for my 12-year-old. I realized way too late I accidentally ordered a firm so make sure you really pay attention to what mattress you have selected before you order. I decided to have him try it out anyway. It was suprisingly lightweight once it was out of the box. I could easily maneuver it by myself. It definitely needs to off gas. I shut it in a room with a window open for a couple days and that seemed to do the trick. And luckily, my son loves the mattress. Zero customer service. This mattress is supposed to have “three zone firmness” which implies that there should be a top/head and bottom/foot. It did not come with any such instructions. It is not marked. How is one supposed to find where these firmness zones are??? I contacted Amazon customer service, they referred me to the Serta website, again no instructions and no customer service. Package arrived with packing tape holding the box together. The mattress was undamaged. I believe the heavy plastic that the mattress was in protected it. Layed flat for a day. Sleeps great. Great value.
