So basically it's a nice chair however for the price I was hoping for something nicer. I don't feel like there was any quality issues with the material and the chair was pretty easy to assemble but the comfort level while good isn't where I would want it to be for the price. It's kind of hard to articulate the exact issue but when I sit in it I have a hard time getting comfortable like I would expect. My legs are sticking out quite a bit from the chair and I'm 6'0'' so that's not that tall for a chair set for big and tall. That being said this isn't a case of false advertising it's a decent sized sturdy chair but with the pads in it works out that your legs stick out a bit. Shipping took a really long time.

Listennnn, I purchased a FantasyLab chair in March 2021 for my wife bc it was the only chair that I could find where the weight capacity was over 440lb & I’ve loved her chair ever since I first sat in it & always knew when I needed a chair I would purchase another FantasyLab chair for myself! October 2023, I finally FOUND another seller selling a NEW FantasyLab chair, same weight capacity different chair pattern, but same quality. I readily purchased my chair with the same excitement! There was never an issue with my wife’s chair. NOW my reason for this review is bc of not just my love for the product but the immediate & awesome customer service experience I received almost 6 months into having my chair once I had an issue with my chair. I WFH 3rd shift & during my shift my left arm rest clean broke off & there was no way to fix it. 🙁 I immediately emailed the support email within my user manual which I kept & was quickly responded to within 48hrs & was told that a left replacement arm rest would be on the way once they confirmed my order, no questions asked & was given a tracking # for the replacement! Once I received my replacement I attached it to my chair with ease & have been so happy ever since! When I say that I am so happy & satisfied; I am! As long as I can find a FantasyLab chair to purchase, I always will! Instillation is easy but be careful bc it (top & bottom of chair) is heavy, the comfort of this chair is immaculate & it’s worth every dime & if you got a wide back or wide hips, 😂 look no further, this is the best wfh chair or just gaming chair for you! 1st picture is my chair before the issue, 2nd picture is my broken left arm rest. 3rd picture is my chair w/newly replaced left arm rest & the 4th picture is my wife’s chair for reference to show how much I love this the FantasyLab chair! As always do your own research & compare prices & read reviews bc they help you make a decision! Believe it or not, this this is still breaking. I received the new base plate for the tilt controls and of course they were just as bad as the other set. They will not hold the chair locked and its because of the metal lip that holds the mechanism is to short to keep a grip on the lip. So I just locked it in place and figured I would just live with it but then as I rolled from wood to the wood protector on the floor the leading wheel buckled and the wheel went sideways and causing the chair to become unusable Money Not Well Spent...Nothing more to do and its only a year old.... OK my last update on this thing. After trying to contact the manufacturer to attempted to get the correct cylinder for the chair to no avail and no help from Amazon's tech help I have no choice but to either buy a new cylinder myself that fits correctly or attempt to disassemble the chair and return it. If you buy one of these good luck if you have any issues with it. There isn't even a contact on the Website for the Manufacturer to call to get help...DISAPPOINTED I have to update everyone on the New issues found in the chair, so after a few more days of usage I have noticed that the chair is sinking each day lower and lower, so I flipped the chair over and I noticed the chairs lift cylinder had begun slipping through the roller base and was now hitting the floor. It would appear that the base has a design issue with the Mounting Hole were the Cylinder goes. As you use the chair more and more it slips through the base and then severely scratches the new wood floor you just put in. So, with this said and he new issues I would have to remove my 5 star rating and my recommendations for the chair. I work from home (even before COVID19) and I had my last chair for well over 10 years. It was time for a change so I did my research and do diligence and found this chair. It was a little more than I wanted to spend but I saw the reviews and checked it out so, what the heck. I bought it. I could not have made a better choice for comfort that lasts for the long 8-12 hour days. Here are my Pros: and Cons: Pros: Overall Comfort Material Construction Heavy Duty Design Adjustability Support Even When Reclined Cons: No Built in Back Support Arms Adjust but, Not Wide Enough, Forward Enough or Tall Enough Casters are Standard Plastic Hard Wheels, Dual Rubber or Single Roller Blade would be much better I would recommend this Chair to anyone looking to stay comfortable while in the chair for long periods of time. I changed out the standard Plastic wheels with the Dual Rubber all surface wheels and it improved the mobility of the chair greatly and would recommend doing for movability on all surfaces.

I took a gamble purchasing this without sitting in it, but felt comfortable enough taking the risk after other reviews. Although its been only a couple days the quality of work i am putting out due to the comfort and solid build are noticeable . The cushion that comes with it is worth using but not necessary. The $30 off. Coupon was a welcomed bonus. I plan to start streaming and having this chair as my support will be great!

I bought this chair to replace its predecessor, which appeared to be the same chair (same logo on the headrest). I ran into some initial difficulties with missing hardware. The seller was very gracious in trying to correct this. They shipped the missing hardware. It was being shipped from China to the US and it never arrived, and tracking was not available. So, instead, I was advised as to how to buy the missing hardware, and I was given a partial refund. I definitely recommend them on their customer service alone. This chair, as far as I know, has no storage capacity. I don't know why I'm being asked to review this for storage capacity. Assembly isn't overly complicated, as long as you have all of the needed hardware. They even include the tools you need, but I used my own ratcheting drivers with hex head inserts. It made things a lot quicker - but if you don't have a bunch of tools, the ones they provide will do the job! It will just take longer. This chair looks a lot like the one it was replacing. There are some differences I'm getting used to. The lower back seems to jut out more than the old one did. Perhaps it will 'flatten out' with use. Perhaps that's a redesign to try to allow for lumbar support or something. But for my frame, it curves into my back in a weird place/ way. It seems to be adjusting, or maybe I'm adjusting to it. It's a slow process. This chair works exactly like its predecessor did. The raise/ lower function, the rocking/ not rocking function, the myriad arm adjustments, the lever (I always think of it as the 'eject lever' though it doesn't do that) on the right that lets you recline. all of that works perfectly. I love that the base is still all metal. I think the wheels/ castors themselves aren't as high quality, but I also feel they will outlast the chair anyway. This chair creaks where the previous one did not. I think I'll be able to fix this with some WD-40. The creak occurs at the junction of the seat and the back, and I can reach the metal bar junction where they meet. For me, it's on the left side. One way or another, I'll figure out how to end that creaking. Overall, I would say 4 1/2 stars. I can't deduct 1/2 star, but their customer service was so great that I will definitely not deduct a full star because of my minor concerns. This chair is definitely worth every penny.
