I bought a middle of the line big&tall desk chair through Walmart a few years ago. It was never very comfortable as the seat was tilted too far forward with no way to adjust, and when I ordered this the arms were falling off with the tightening nut stripped. This is just slightly more expensive than that chair but is VASTLY more comfortable and adjustable, and seems at least a slightly better build quality. Can never tell how something like this used daily for 8-12 hours use will stand up over time, but so far I'm very satisfied. Kudos to FantasyLab (and the actual makers as I realize FantasyLab was just a spec and rebrand company, but they did a good job picking a maker and specing out this chair).

This chair is very comfortable, I'm not a 400 pound person like it's advertised for. But gives me the extra room for me to fall to sleep in different positions specifically when I come home tired. Also the quantity of the chair. This chair is made high end quality parts , very stable and steady . Fantasylab set the standards for gaming/office chairs. The costumer service excellent iver there at Fantasylab those guys go out the extra mile to fix or make right on whatever you might need.

Attached is a photo showing a comparison of my 10+-year-old Office Chair, which originally cost twice the price of the new one. Only time will tell if the new one holds up as well, but I guess if I get five years out of it for the price, it will have been well worth it. I'm 6'5" and about 330 pounds, and my only "negative" is that I wish it would raise up about 2 inches taller from the floor. It took about 45 minutes to assemble by myself after getting everything unboxed. So far it is comfortable, but again, I JUST finished putting it together and sitting in it.

For reference, I'm 5'7" and under 300lbs. The seat itself is comfortable, I'm no longer having tailbone pain from sitting on a seat that has gone flat from 4 years of all day sitting. The seat height is exactly what I'm looking for. The cushion on the arms is adequate. Sadly that's the only positives for me. My son put it together and he said it was a pain. One arm wiggles and is lower than the other. The back is shaped so terribly that I can't even save it with the lumbar pillow. The seat is not wide enough, the arm rests are digging into my hips. I cannot lean back in it without feeling like I'm going to fall to the floor. The "foot" rest is so loose that it keeps sliding out and hurting me, not to mention how flimsy it feels, I nearly tipped forward just putting my feet up. Unfortunately, we're going to have to return it. If it weren't almost $250, I might have just dealt with it. My last chair was Fantasy Labs and I expected similar quality. Very disappointing.

Working from home, where I sit roughly 7 hours per day, finding a quality chair, that is not only comfortable , but also durable has not been easy. A colleague recommended this one, and it is certainly comfortable, sturdy and has great features, such as the adjustable foot rest. While I had an issue with the material on the seat coming apart from the seam after only a few months, I contacted the seller through Amazon's app. They honored their warranty, responding promptly to each message/question I sent, and were kind and understanding throughout. Normally having a defect less than 6 months would be a red flag, not to mention a reason for a poor rating and review. However, the manner in which they approached this issue, the quality of their customer service and the overall resolution convinced me beyond a shadow of a doubt that this defect was more of a one off than a lack of quality. If you're like me and hesitant when buying products like this online, that you would normally want to see and try in person, don't let that keep you from making this purchase. You not only have Amazon's well known excellent service with exchanges/returns, but you also have a stand up company that stands behind its products!
