The Pakanana Face Down Pillow is impressive quality. The fabric is soft and sewn together nicely. The foam insert is firm; however, comfortably supports my face, still, and it maintains its structure very well. The bottom of the pillow has three U-shaped cutouts, which allows for breathing and, for me, a place to insert my hands into, to hold onto the pillow for additional support. The shape of the pillow’s opening is a little awkward for my face because my face is very round, so my face does not fit into the space as well as it should…my reason for rating this pillow at 4 rather than 5 stars. The pillow case is removable, so is washable, which is very appreciated. Overall the pillow is a mid-high quality and serves as intended. Though it is not perfect, I would recommend it.

The idea of this pillow is good, but when it comes to actually using it, I found it hurt my neck tried to use it for tanning outdoors and was pretty uncomfortable.

We've been mulling over the idea of buying a massage table for years, but haven't had the room in any of our houses for a one trick pony table... so naturally we used the bed and would hang our heads over the side which was less than optimal. So, when I stumbled upon this pillow, I knew I had to get it. Fit wise my whole family seems to fit it pretty well, with the exception being me since I'd like to be about an inch further away from the mattress. But on the bright side massage time is now much more relaxing. Pillow has a removable and washable cover; it does take a bit of doing to get it back on but I'm not complaining! Highly recommend!!

This Face Down Pillow and Massage Headrest is absolutely fantastic and a total game-changer for my at-home massage experiences! My husband gives me regular massages, which I love, but I've always struggled with finding a comfortable way to breathe when lying face down. I tried using a rolled-up blanket, but it just didn't offer the right support and still felt restrictive. This pillow is the complete opposite! It's incredibly cushiony and comfortable, providing excellent support for my head and neck. Best of all, the three air holes offer plenty of openings for air to come through, allowing me to breathe freely and deeply throughout the entire massage. I no longer feel suffocated or uncomfortable. This pillow has truly elevated our massage sessions, making them much more relaxing and enjoyable for me. If you struggle with breathing during face-down massages, this is an absolute must-have!

This pillow feels like it's made from memory foam, and it works really well for giving a back massage while lying on a bed. The surface is super soft and comfortable against the skin, and I like that it's easy to breathe while face down thanks to the design. I've used it a few times now and it definitely makes longer sessions more comfortable, especially when compared to regular pillows. The shape supports your face without putting pressure on your eyes, and the cutouts on the sides help relieve tension around the jaw. It feels breathable, which helps if you're using it for more than a few minutes. The cover is soft and hasn't irritated my skin at all. It also seems like it'll hold up over time since the foam springs back well. I'm giving it 4 stars mainly because it's not quite as firm as I expected, so it might not work for everyone. Still, it's a solid option for home use or travel.
