Its longer than usual small sizes but i like it that way. I usually just roll/pull my sleeves up when i do patient care, then pull it back down after i clean my hands to keep my arms warm. It's stretchy enough that it can still be comfy crumpled up the arm. The material seems to cling to your body (so i would never ever wear it without scrubs because its not flaterring and shows all my fat rolls lol!) more like a warmer. Im 5' tall with a short torso so the shirt goes all the way down past my hips. I do tuck them in and wear a loose scrub top that's about the same length. This shirt is so high quality. A great "layering" shirt. It is so cold where I work but putting this on underneath gives just the right amount of warmth and flows with my body movements so I am not feeling like the arms or bodice are restricted when I have to reach for something. The material is thin but not see through which i love. (I purchased it in white. )The size was larger than I expected but i have not washed it yet and I have lost a bit of weight so I could have miscalculated the size I needed. I ordered 2 of these Healing Hands Under Scrub shirts, one in black and one in grey, to wear underneath my uniform. I work in a restaurant a few nights a week and now that the cold weather has arrived wearing long sleeves are a must. I have struggled with finding the right shirt to go underneath my work shirt, a semi fitted polo type top. These shirts are perfect. They are tight without being too tight and restrictive and offer the right amount of breathability when I inevitably get warm from running around the dining room floor. I bought one of these and then two more! I’d buy more if there were even more of the colors offered that I’m looking for. The top fits great and is so comfortable and well made. Fits well. I order a medium and it fits like a glove. The length is long enough to be tucked and stay tucked or if material is kept out it reaches just above my hips Comfortable and breathable. I am 5'10" 156lbs. I ordered the same Healing hands brand from Uniform Advantage website and ordered a small in yellow(kind of sheer) and one in hot pink. Fits a bit more snug (still comfortable) BUT the sleeves were slightly shorter. Which is annoying, I have long arms so I want my long sleeves to be stop at my wrist and stay there. That's why I opted for the Medium in blue. No complaints! **This one has a little quote on the inner side of the shirt which is a nice touch. I'm 5'7", 188 lbs, I usually wear a medium top and large bottoms but wanted to size up my clinical scrubs so they're more lose fitting and comfortable - I got the healing hands set, a large top, large&tall bottom, and a large undershirt. It's super comfortable, not too big, and has some give/stretch in the fabric so it doesn't feel stiff. It's not too thick so if you're worried about covering tattoos and don't want to overheat, this is the top for you. There's a little green healing hands logo on the arm if that matters to anyone, I usually have a watch on so it wasn't a big deal to me.
