At first I thought the pillow was way too firm, however there is a zipper that allows you to take some of the fluff out! Much more comfortable after changing the firmness! It has helped me catch my zzzs while healing all of my fresh piercings!

It works as advertised but the pillow is very very firm. Not soft at all but it does allow your piercings to heal. But sleeping on this pillow is not comfortable.

Wonderful pillow. Just got my cartilage pierced (and have other ear piercings) and being a side sleeper I really needed this pillow to protect the new piercing.     • Flimsy and difficult to adjust filling with only a two inch zipper.

Too flimsy to last with long term usage…such as chronic cartilage inflamation. Should last long enough for temporary usage…like an ear piercing. Biggest disappointment is the claim that the firmness is adjustable…by removing some of the filling. It does have a two inch zipper on both the pillow and its cover to access the filling….but that’s not a big enough opening to be able to redistribute the remaining filling evenly. The key word is EVENLY. I spent an hour trying to accomplish this with only a two inch opening…and ended up with lumps and bare spots. Good concept, just poorly thought out. Very soft and comfortable but the hole is too small. Would probably work well for a new piercing but I had ear surgery and my whole ear is very sensitive. The quality is good and it’s very soft, unfortunately it won’t work for my need. Maybe they should include the dimensions of the hole in the description. That would help. ... show more
