After reading several reviews, I decided to find out for myself what the deal was with this coffee maker. I’m happy to report that this unit is an absolutely amazing unit and is extremely well-made. Further, it’s so well-made that it actually is suitable for some small office environments perfectly. It happens to function perfectly for us as the ultimate home coffee machine. The temperature capabilities of this unit are amazing. 170°F / 77C for temperatures and here’s the thing that they don’t really tell you. How fast it is. We were able to serve up full coffee drinks for four people, each with different milk, tolerances and types , double sizes, in a few minutes and faster than Starbucks and the quality of the milk froth is better than Starbucks and you can read that line again. It’s a thicker foam and a more velvety foam. As complete coffee snobs, we sign off on this unit as very good worth the price. P.S. There is a review of a person who claims the milk didn't disperse and went everywhere. That's because you tightened the milk lid which created a vacuum which is says not to do, specifically, or that will happen. ... show more

    • Milkfrother doesn't work. Support number doesn't answer. Espresso weak and mediocre at best.
Tried the frother which just spluttered steam and milk everywhere without making any foam. Tried the tech support which didn't help. Called the company number and went straight to voice mail. Espresso is mediocre at best and company is shady.

    • Good machine for the money
This machine was purchased to use on my food trailer. I so far am pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. It has an expansive menu of one touch beverages. The only concern I have is that it seems a bit slow for commercial use and the finished temperature of some of the beverages seems a bit low. Would I buy it again? So far the answer is yes. If my opinion changes after using for awhile, I’ll repost ... show more
