We bought these cameras for our house and they were great. Great picture during the day and night. Great audio and great recording as well. One big flaw is that every month we had to go around and manually reset all of the cameras because they would just decide to stop working. It wasn't that big of a deal because they were all reachable without a ladder. We moved to a new house and got all new internet and everything and it already started doing it again. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue but it is enough of a problem that we are going to return them

I have 2 camera that stop working period after about one year. I always have to reset the camera because it stop working.

I purchased the camera in 2019. In the last six months the image quality has progressively increased in graininess. I cleaned the lens and went through the reset procedures but no improvement. I contacted the manufacturer’s support site but they were unable to offer any solutions. It may be that the camera has a limited useful lifespan of three years.

When it came to resetting the sensitivity I could not figure out how to do that head get help. A bit more instructions on some of the things would be a good thing. Otherwise I'm very happy with it.
