This metal box spring is very easy to assemble. It's the easiest furniture I ever assembled. It is well-balanced and sturdy with no noise whatsoever. I bought a king boxspring and I love it. In a few days, I will order my daughter a full bed boxspring.

I got this frame because all our wooden frames break easily. My BF is about 420 lbs and currently losing weight. This "box spring" was quick and easy to put together and lasted about a month. Then one night my BF is getting into bed after a bad knee injury and I heard a loud snap. Over the next month there was a growing dip in the mattress. I just got the chance to fix it. And only one piece out of the whole thing bent. I tried bending it back and putting it in the opposite way but that made it worse since the metal is compromised. Would be nice to be able to contact the manufacturer to ask for a single replacement piece. In the meantime I have moved the bar to a less used part of the bed and put a large flatbed cardboard box down to more evenly distribute the weight. Over all it is a great product and did last longer than the wooden ones. Just had one weak piece.

Other have had issues with the lateral bars not being the correct size. My unit came with all the necessary parts in the correct size, so I wouldn't worry about getting one that doesn't work. It doesn't make noise, feels solid, and can be disassembled for moving. The included tools are enough to assemble the box-spring, but I found installation to go faster with some simple hand tools I had at home. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this product again!

We put the box spring together and it looked okay. However after placing the mattress on it, the mattress sagged. I purchased a new mattress. Only to find out today, that it was due to the crooked box spring. It was a little more than a few hairline degrees off, but enough to cause a huge sagging of the mattress in the center. I could hardly see the defect until my husband pointed it out to me. I’m frustrated. I do not recommend this box spring! And I’m unable to return, or get our money back. The box spring is going in the trash. Save your time, money, and be happy! Ps. I wouldn’t have given it one star, but it wouldn’t let me move fwd.

I really like this product it's a little complicated to put together but just follow directions and the proper order and you'll do fine. Took me about 25 minutes to put together. One tip for you is that when you put the corner pieces on put the bolts through but do not tighten them down until you get all four corners on then go back and tighten the corner bolts down that will allow you to get them through the holes easily, because when you tighten them down it brings everything together and there is no squeak at all no sound out of these box springs, which is what you want :-). I highly recommend it
