Easy to set up, just a pain using the hex key wrench to assemble. The box works great and no issues. I should have gotten a few sizes lower because when I put the matress on it sits really high.

This metal box spring is very easy to assemble. It's the easiest furniture I ever assembled. It is well-balanced and sturdy with no noise whatsoever. I bought a king boxspring and I love it. In a few days, I will order my daughter a full bed boxspring.

We put the box spring together and it looked okay. However after placing the mattress on it, the mattress sagged. I purchased a new mattress. Only to find out today, that it was due to the crooked box spring. It was a little more than a few hairline degrees off, but enough to cause a huge sagging of the mattress in the center. I could hardly see the defect until my husband pointed it out to me. I’m frustrated. I do not recommend this box spring! And I’m unable to return, or get our money back. The box spring is going in the trash. Save your time, money, and be happy! Ps. I wouldn’t have given it one star, but it wouldn’t let me move fwd.

Other have had issues with the lateral bars not being the correct size. My unit came with all the necessary parts in the correct size, so I wouldn't worry about getting one that doesn't work. It doesn't make noise, feels solid, and can be disassembled for moving. The included tools are enough to assemble the box-spring, but I found installation to go faster with some simple hand tools I had at home. I'm happy with my purchase and would buy this product again!

I really like this product it's a little complicated to put together but just follow directions and the proper order and you'll do fine. Took me about 25 minutes to put together. One tip for you is that when you put the corner pieces on put the bolts through but do not tighten them down until you get all four corners on then go back and tighten the corner bolts down that will allow you to get them through the holes easily, because when you tighten them down it brings everything together and there is no squeak at all no sound out of these box springs, which is what you want :-). I highly recommend it
