I really love this. I've had weight loss surgery and lost almost 200lbs and have had 4 kids. So I have loose skin that I'm insecure about. Surgery isn't an option right now. So I own alot of Spanx and shapewear. This is one of my favorites. I love how adjustable the middle is so I can control how tight I want it to be. At the tightest I get that nice hourglass shape but it's not very comfortable. Better for short periods of time and special occasions. At the first setting I still get a nice smooth and slimmer look but it's much more comfortable. My only complaint is the hooks in the crotch area break very easily. I'm already down by 2.

Bought two for after a panniculectomy but my surgeon says the compression doesn’t go far enough down and I risk fluid pooling if I use them without a binder. So I don’t recommended them post op but they would be good for special occasions or everyday wear (if you don’t mind it creeping up your butt). I am a size XL or 18 in clothes and I am bottom heavy for sizing reference.

Well this stay at home mom is on a weightless journey and I love shapewear because it keeps me all in. This is one of my favorites because I can slip it up over my hips then get that tight (firm) fit with the hooks to make me look “extra thin”. I’m 5’7” and weigh 165. I ordered a Medium and it fits great! Pushes my breasts up a little too (I’m not gonna complain about that) after two kids they will take all the help they can get. Yes, I would buy one again and fingers crossed that I would have to buy a small! But til then, one day at a time!
