7/22/2025: Eye Drops for Dry Eyes (Brand - Pharmlitalia) I was a little wary of using eye drops from a brand I'd never heard of, but I have constant dry eye and I'm always looking for better moisturizing eye drops so decided to give these a chance. These work well enough at moisturizing my eyes and reducing the pain of dry eyes. I have some gel eyedrops that moisturize better, however those also make my vision blurry for a few seconds while these do not. I appreciate that in an eye drop. I liked that these were preservative-free, as eyedrops with preservatives tend to give me headaches after a while. I have not gotten a headache with these. The value is pretty good (10 dollars at the time of this review). These are cheaper than most similar size preservative-free eyedrops that I would find in a drugstore. You don't need to use many drops at once, so I think these will last a long time.

I get dry eyes often and use a lot of eye drops. This brand provides almost instant lubrication and relief. I keep it in the fridge, and the cool drops feel extra refreshing.

These work okay. The squeeze bottle was easy to use. They hydrate my eye for several hours, and I haven't had to reapply them during the day to keep my dry eyes comfortable. I am uneasy putting a product directly on to my eye from a company that primarily manufactures cosmetics and skincare rather than pharmaceuticals, though. I won't be buying these drops in the future, as the ones I usually get are made by a company that specializes in ophthalmological pharmaceuticals and are also a better value, price-wise.

I wear contacts, which can cause dry eyes. I find it very useful for me to have some sort of eyedrops on hand, and these are great! They immediately help with the pain and discomfort. Their effects seem to last all day for me. One drop in each eye gives me relief all day. Although it may be a little more expensive than typical eyedrops, they do work well. Are they worth the money? Yes, but I wouldn't buy them again because of the price when walmart eye drops are three dollars.

Some days, my eyes get really dry. These drops really help make them feel fresher. There is little to no stinging like some other drops. The relief comes in just a few seconds and lasts for hours. The bottle is generous, so it should last me for a long time.

I tend to get dry eyes a lot from wearing contacts and I've been using a variety of eye drops to find ones that are the most soothing and hydrating for my eyes. I feel like after having tried these eye drops from Pharmlitalia they're a great option. It just takes two drops for my eyes to feel hydrated. The solution has a pretty long shelf life where it doesn’t expire until about 3 years after the manufacture date but I know I’ll use mine up before the expiration date. The only con was that it was a bit difficult to break the safety seal on the cap since the bottle is so small. It's an okay value for the size but eyedrops are usually around this price point.

These work immediately, effectively helping dry eyes. They are also good for eye relief from itchy/scratchy/redness. They last for as long time, providing relief for hours and hours. They are easy to use, with the convenient dropper bottle. One or two drops per eye is sufficient. The current price it not too much, making this a good value, especially for a product that works this well.
