LIKE ALL OTHER REVIEWS: the top of battery pack broke as I removed it from the package. I just find this unacceptable. Things are not cheap now a days and to receive broken merchandise is so frustrating. I have owned one of these for YEARS and never had an issue. I originally bought it from bed bath and beyond. Mine just recently died but probably after 10 years of using it. In my opinion… this seller is selling ones that are extremely old. They even look old. They have probably been in a warehouse for ages. The plastic just looks brittle and literally broke off making this unusable. DO NOT PURCHASE.
