  • Love these eye drops, so soothing.
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) Configuration: Eye Drops
Omg I l9ve these eye drops. With my type of dry eye condition, they work perfectly. My eyes are especially dry in the mornings. Once I put these in my eyes ( lean back, apply drops, don't blink, just let them soke in with closed eyes) they are so soothing and they don't make my vision blurry. I highly recommend. Note: first research the cause of your dry eye condition to see if this type will work for you. There are more than one causes for dry eye syndrome. ... show more

  • Best Dry Eye Relief Ever! Worst Bottle Dispenser Ever!
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) Configuration: Eye Drops
I have tried countless brands and several types of eye drops including prescriptions in a desperate attempt to sooth my chronically dry eyes. These drops by far have provided the best relief of any eye drop, ever! I only need one drop in each eye in the morning and it provides relief all day, which is great because I would need to spend my entire lunch break trying to dispense the drops into my eyes. I have wasted several drops and time before successfully getting any product into my eyes. The solution is thicker than any I have used before and the tip is almost non existent. The top of the bottle is really flat rather than pointed like all other eye drop bottles in existence. The thick drops hang from the short tip for so long that by the time it makes it out of the bottle, I have already blinked several times and the drops end up on my eye lid or cheek. The anxiety that is produced while waiting for the drop to dispense while opening my eyes wide is maddening. Even with the frustration and time it takes to get the drops in my eyes, and how much product is wasted, I will keep purchasing these because of the superior relief that they provide. I hope that one day Systane will design a user friendly dispenser. ... show more

  • Comparison
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) Configuration: Eye Drops
Just had LASIK surgery, and since I’ll be using a lot of eye drops over the next few months, decided to buy one of each of the recommended drops on my aftercare list. They only recommended preservative free drops, and the photo show the four brands I’ve been using. Slime factor: Optase - the slimiest (thickest) Systane Complete PF - also pretty slimey Refresh Relieva PF - not very slimey at all Thera tears - least slimey (feels like regular water) The Optase is expensive, but it works well. It does leave my cheeks with a slime residue, so I splash or wipe my face off a few times a day. That’s not necessary, but I prefer to. It doesn’t crud or anything. I think “300 doses” is a touch optimistic. I did the math and for me, it came out to closer to 200 or so. I gravitate to the Systane the most often, all said and done. It does crud my eyelashes a bit after several uses in a row, but it keeps my eyes lubricated a good long time. I found it similar to Optase with a little less slime factor. I sometimes splash off my eyes when using this one too. I like Refresh for different reasons, it feels light and clean due it’s more watery consistency. But it doesn’t keep my eyes lubricated as long, so I keep this at the ready when I do use it. I have to reapply more often. Lastly, Theratears. It doesn’t really market as PF, but in small print, the box does say it’s “preservative free in the eye.” Not sure what that means, but it was on my recommended list so I bought it. This is most like a “regular” eye drop. Feels very light and watery, and comes in a regular dropper bottle without the vacuum PF nub. Works well and I got a bigger bottle at a good price point. All in all, I like all of them for different reasons and like to vary it up day to day depending on what I’m doing. If I’m out and about with less time to reapply, I go for the Optase or Systane. When I’m lounging at home with more leeway to reapply, I go with Refresh and Theratears because it feels less gunky. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • GREAT PRODUCT - BUT CRUSHED IN SHIPPING
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 2) Configuration: Eye Drops
I have ordered this product before and it works very well for my dry eye. In the past the product was shipped in a box and arrived perfectly intact. This time it was shipped in a bubble pack and the box containing the product was crushed. The product was not damaged as far as I can tell, but in my opinion I would think this to be a less appropriate way to ship this item in the future to avoid potential damage. Thank you! ... show more

  • These work wonderfully.
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 2) Configuration: Eye Drops
My eye Dr. suggested I use this type of eye drops, so I found & ordered these. They worked so well, felt wonderful once I used them too. I will keep ordering these, & probably never use a different type. On a plus side, since they have NO preservatives, I can also use them on my kitten, when she needs, instead of buying expensive cat eye drops. BTW... I did get the ok, by her vet to use them before hand. ... show more

  • Not as good for dry eyes, requires frequent application
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 2) Configuration: Eye Drops
After trying the Refresh Plus Preservative Free and not really having favorable results, I switched to this. It didn’t seem to be any better, maybe a marginal improvement. And like the Refresh Plus, it required frequent applications for dry eye relief. I think I was applying every hour or 2. I then tried the iVizia Preservative Free eye drops and it works so much better. I think I’m only applying twice a day and there is actual dry eye relief. For those reading reviews here, try the iVizia first and see if it works for you. ... show more

  • Preservative Free
Size: 0.34 Fl Oz (Pack of 2) Configuration: Eye Drops
I purchased these drops because my eye dr wants me to use preservative free eye drops and I hate using anything that comes in single use plastic. For the people who complain about the dropper mechanism, it is specially designed so that PF eye drops can be in a bottle that can be used over and over. I have not had any issues with the dropper. Works great for me and I’m happy not to be throwing away as much plastic as I was when I was using the little individual drop vials. ... show more
