**coming back in September 2022 for an update** I DO love these eye drops now that I have found a way to use them where my body hasn’t become dependent on them!!! I’ll put ONE drop in each eye, and I only use them 1-2 days per week. Then I alternate using a different allergy eye drop, that way I’m not solely using the Lumify ones. This has been working great for me all this time since my original review! ***I also heard that ophthalmologists recommend these LUMIFY eye drops because they don’t contain a certain kind of preservative in them that can be bad with long-term use. So that’s a huge plus for me too! ———————————————————————— I have sensitive eyes that get red very easily. If I put any makeup on - they turn red. Go into a different climate than I’m used to - red. Allergy season or slightly windy outside - red. You get the picture... I’ve tried many different eye drops to help with the redness, and the one I have always had in my purse is the Bausch & Lomb Opcon-A eye allergy relief. Those had been the only ones to work for me - but it was always super short acting and didn’t get them as “normal” and white-ish in color as I would have liked. They also didn’t work at all if I wore makeup, so I decided to try these. These drops work amazingly! In the before and after picture I posted, the before is how my eyes look on a daily basis, not as red as when I wear makeup. And you can see how clear and white they look after using the drops! The thing that I’m bummed about though, is that my eyes became VERY dependent on them after using the drops twice a day (as directed) for just two days. When I woke up this morning they were SO bloodshot. And now after using them for just a couple days, my eyes are in a constant state of serious redness. I’ve also posted a picture of how they look today, after using them for two days, and just an hour or so after putting drops in them this morning - they went right back to being so red and the effects didn’t last as long as it says they’re supposed to. I think these drops are great for me, but only to use once, here and there. I know with any redness eye drops your eyes can become dependent, but it happened much quicker than I expected. They do work great, but I personally won’t be able to use them for more than one day at a time. When deciding on buying something I greatly depend on reviews from others, so I hope this helps you!

Most eyedrops will relieve dryness, but almost seem to make the problem worse once it wears off. You can get into a cycle of eyedrop dependency, which is probably by design to sell more product (Chapstick anyone?). I was shocked how well Lumify removes redness, but also how my eyes felt after it wore off. Highly recommend

If you have never tried these you are missing out on a invention in the eye drop world. I hate anything other than these. Visine, and red eyes, and all those terrible brands that are irritating and make your eyes worse. Well these are soothing very soothing actually and moisturizing and they brighten your eyes within seconds to this crisp white, it's fascinating,and it's amazing. Foget all those other products, yes they are a little bit pricey but sometimes things are pricier when they work and those other things are cheap because they're crap and they cause rebound redness . I use these every morning and I use these if I get something in my eye I always have them in my purse I always have them in the bathroom cabinet and i am on a subscription reorder of them so yeah if you are having irritated red eyes buy these for any of those issues even just for irritation and dry eyes these work well for me especially for the redness my goodness these are amazing.

This works better than any other eye drops I have used for red eyes. It’s a little pricey, however well worth it. I like the way it doesn’t drop big drops, I don’t like how other run down my face no matter how light I squeeze. Highly recommend.

Does make my eyes comfortable. Works well quickly and is better than other eye products for red burning eyes, but it does not last the eight hours as it states. And sadly, it is costly.

A couple years ago I asked my doctor what she would recommend for my red eyes. She suggested this. I don’t use it every day. I use it only for special occasions. It immediately makes the sclera white! I do not know if it would be ok for daily use, but it works for me a couple times a week. I don’t look so tired and red-eyed. I like it very much.
