This is the best type of eye drop, bar none. If you have perpetual dry eyes, PF (preservative free) eye drops are the only way to go, as constantly dousing your eyes with regular eye drops that have preservatives can actually dry your eyes out more! This Hydration version is also a thicker, more viscous drop that lasts longer on the eye before being blinked away, and feels so cooling. The relief it provides is unmatched by any other eye product I've ever used. I also prefer this dropper bottle format because you get more drops for your money and it lasts longer than the individual vials, even despite having to fling away the extra drop at the tip with each use for sterility purposes. These are preservative free (PF) so if you haven't had them before, you might be surprised. PF eye drops are a bit thicker so they are VERY moisturizing. Unlike other eye drops which you should only use up to 4 times a day, you can use these more. It doesn't have a pointed end for the drops to come out of (also a PF thing so it doesn't touch your eye and risk contamination). Very soothing and effective. These drops do help with my dry eyes. I react to preservatives, so I get these because there are no preservatives. I hate the single use eye drops because once you take off the lid, you have to use it all and throw it away, which is not very cost effective. However, these are great in the one bottle because you only squeeze out what you need and then put the lid back on. Some days I only need 1 drop and some days I may need 2 or 3 in each eye. I normally use systane complete PF drops. I have had some dry eyes ever since having PRK(similar to lasik), eye surgery. Unfortunately at time of restock, the complete were not offered through prime shipping and the price was much higher than normal. Hydration were cheap with prime. So I gave them a shot and honestly, for using before bed time, I think I prefer these over the complete PF. Both comfort my eyes, but I feel like these hydration ones did a better job over night from keeping my eyes from drying on me. Honestly, I will probably end up stocking a 2 pack of both. I will definitely order these again. So for my lasik/prk people consider the complete PF or the hydration PF!! No matter what you choose, just make sure you buy preservative free! ... show more

I've been using these eye drops for a few weeks now, and I gotta say, they're pretty great. I spend a lot of time on my computer, and my eyes often feel dry and tired. The eye drops themselves is good but the bottle design is horrible. I have 3/8s of a bottle left but because is some flawed design the bottle got sucked in and wont dispense anymore.
