I use to buy eye drops for sensitive or dry eyes by the bottle because of the cost, but inevitably, my eyes would get dryer and irritated over time and I would get this while film almost like a plastic coating on my eye lashes. I talked with my eye Dr and he explained that the bottles have a lot of preservatives added (makes sense since they are multi use) and that was causing the issues. These are grea for screens and/or just after an eye surgeryz. super lightweight, and it does have like a good soothing effect, for the ingredients and amount I’ve seen it cost a few dollars more, so it’s a good price, it does leave her eyes a bit blurry for a couple seconds.

If you have any kind of sensitive eyes you might want to consider another product. These made my eyes red and burning. Apparently this is not a defect in the product but just a personal response to it (I did try to get help from the company). With that said, if you have sensitive eyes in any way, consider getting something else. I will have to throw these away. Thanks and good luck. * I have temporarily given this review 5 stars so people will see it before making the mistake of buying these (it really deserves 0 stars). I have also added a second photo showing the refresh digital pf next to the regular refresh plus that I got from a pharmacy - as you can see the digital is cloudy and even a little brown looking - the company was no help to me at all when I tried to get a replacement. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These work well. I spend a lot of time on my phone and computer and these drops have helped. They aren’t clear so it takes a few seconds to see clear after using them. I am a fan of the individual ampules as they are easy to take with you and more sanitary. They have soothing effect on your eye. I love Refresh Digital PF. It's preservative free as my ophthalmologist has ordered and works well to add moisture to my dry eyes. However, Amazon has screwed up the delivery all 3 times I've ordered it The first time I ordered 3 of the product and received only one of the correct product and the other two another Refresh product The 2nd time I ordered 3 again and received one of the correct product and two of the wrong ones. Today I ordered 6 of the product and received 6 Refresh Contact drops. The first two times they messed up, they replaced the order no charge, but this time they would only offer a refund. The refund does me no good when I can't get the product. This product is sold and shipped by Amazon, so it's on them for screwing up. The other two times the associate I spoke with could replace the product. This time the associate tried to get a replacement but Amazon wouldn't allow her to do more than give a refund. It's not her fault. I wanted to send an e-mail with the complaint, but I couldn't locate a place on the site to do so. I know this "review" won't be printed, but it is the only way I know how to register my complaint. It's surprising that Amazon has done so superbly in delivering my orders correctly and in an amazingly timely way, but there is a real problem with the delivery of Refresh Digital PF. ... show more
