I was hesitant to get a baby gate because one of my cats can't jump very well, and I didn't want to restrict his access to half of the house, but this baby gate with cat door has worked so well! My baby is 10 months and crawls over to it all the time, but so far hasn't tried to go through the cat opening. One of the features I love is that the cat opening is adjustable and can be locked in any position between completely closed and completely open, so you can make the opening just small enough for the cats if your baby tries to crawl through. I was really hoping it would have this feature, but it wasn't really clear from the photos/product description. I would highly recommend!

I would have given it a 5 star if the cat door would have held up open with it's nob. The gate itself is sturdy, conveniently opens in both directions. I like that the cat door opens up so it doesn't bump into anything, like the door it's parallel to or people walking by. I solved the problem of the cat door dropping closed by tying it up to the top of the gate.

Although the gate is a little pricey, I would say this is one of the best purchases I made in a while. Finding a baby/pet gate the fits a narrow door is nearly impossible, but this gate not only fit my 21” door opening but does not make me settle for poor quality or leave me wishing for better features. Keeps the dog out of the cat food and gives me easy access when needed. Everyone is happy: mom and cats. Everyone except the dog!

This gate is narrow, which I needed, but so overpriced! Nothing fancy that would make that legit. I kept it because it fits the space I needed it for.

Very easy to install, and I love the anti trip addition. Prevents so many toe stubs! My medium sized dog is a Houdini and contorts her way through the cat door, but that's just the way she is haha. It works very well to keep my other dog (the reason I bought it) from going upstairs, but still allows the cats to freely pass. It's easy to operate. I live the self closing feature, but that it will also stay open on its own when pushed all the way open, and I love that only one hand is needed to open it. Highly recommend
