Update: After writing the below review I reached out to the company to see if I could replace the broken buzzer wire. They quickly replied that because I was within their warranty window, they would ship a replacement clock and buzzer straight away! Thank you! We're now back in business with a teen who wakes when the alarm goes off. Excellent customer service, and I wrapped the wire with tape for strength where it attaches to the buzzer this time. Lesson learned! I've upgraded my review to 5 stars. I bought this for my teen son in late Feb 2022, and it really works! The buzzer under the pillow forces him awake like no other alarm! However, the cord coming from the buzzer is quite stiff, not supple. So, half way through the summer (2022) the plastic around the wire had broken and exposed the copper wires underneath. Now it's unusable and hanging together by a thread. Although the alarm still works, without the buzzer my son won't wake up. I can't find warranty info but will reach out to the manufacturer to see if they'll help with a solution for the broken wire. I wish they hadn't used such stiff plastic on the wire coating! If they support this product and help I'll return to update my rating. Truly, it's a fantastic unit as long as that skinny little wire is never moved... ... show more

I bought this alarm clock for my husband who is very hard of hearing. Ordinary alarm clocks did not work. He also cannot hear the alarm on his phone. He needed something that would wake him up each morning in order to take his medication. This did it! I was a bit skeptical when I read the description of this but it truly works. Since it arrived, it has woken him up each morning with no problem. I also like the display. It is bright with large numbers that can be seen across the room. That’s an added bonus in my opinion. Let me tell you, this alarm clock is a life-saver! No longer do I have to worry about missing an important meeting or appointment because I slept through my alarm. The vibrating bed shaker is decently strong, it it feels like I'm being jolted awake by a mini earthquake, but in a good way. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the buzzing sound could be a bit louder. I mean, I'm a heavy sleeper and I need all the help I can get. But, let me tell you, this alarm clock is definitely a force to be reckoned with. i used to set multiple alarms on my phone and would still sleep through them all. I would wake up hours later and be filled with regret and self-loathing for missing my morning meetings or appointments. But now, with this alarm clock, I feel like a new person. I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day, or at least ready to stumble to the coffee maker. In the past, I have slept through my alarm for an entire day. I missed work, my friend's birthday party, and my dentist appointment. It was a complete disaster. But now, with this alarm clock, I don't have to worry about that happening again. The 7-color night light feature is also a nice touch. It creates a peaceful ambiance in my bedroom that helps me fall asleep at night. And, let's be real, who doesn't love a good night light? The 2 USB phone chargers are also super convenient. I can charge my phone and my tablet at the same time, which is a game-changer for me. I don't know about you, but I need my devices fully charged at all times. The big snooze button is both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it gives me an extra 9 minutes of sleep, which is amazing. On the other hand, I sometimes hit it too many times and end up oversleeping. But, hey, at least I have the option, right? The full range dimmer is also a nice feature.     • Loud buzzer but - not a great design

I've had this for less than two years and it's just not holding up - the buzzer - which is the ONLY thing that wakes m up - stopped working months ago and now the clock time isn't working. Of course I dont still have the box so can't contact the company. BUT - other that these issues: I am very hard of hearing and it got so bad in the last year that I could not hear an alarm clock when my hearing aids are out at night. This said "loud alarm" so I bought it. The alarm is still not loud enough for ME when hearing aids are out since my hearing is almost nill-but it has an attachment that vibrates and that works great for me. I set the buzzer next to my pillow and it wakes me up every time! You can set it to make a buzzing sound or vibrate or both. - which is great. The buzzer is like one of those buzzers you get at restaurants to vibrate when your table is ready. It comes with two USB ports on the back but the clock is very light weight, and with 4 cords coming out of the back it's a bit messy. If you need LOUD - get this clock. When my hearing aids are IN - the alarm is LOUD! But I don't sleep with them IN ... show more
