Very nice and well built table and chairs. The self storing leaf and table extension mechanism works very smoothly. Synthetic stone look table top is very nice and looks/seems very durable. The shipping box is designed for you to take off the top and assemble the table in the box upside down. Very easy assembly and all of the bolt holes aligned perfectly. You can assemble with one person although it is helpful to have three hands when initially putting together the crossed legs. You only need two people to flip the table over when assembly is finished as it weighs approx 90 lbs.

Shortly after receiving, we have noticed it was chipped off. In addition, due to a factory error, the table is structured in a way that prevents it from being extended, effectively this extending feature cannot be used.
