Where do I start?? Delivery was a piece of cake - I live in a small rural town in Montana and the delivery truck pulled right into the alley and the driver put it into the carport exactly where I asked. It came in a cardboard crate wrapped totally in plastic on a pallet. The toughest part of all was getting it off the pallet. But once we got the plastic unwrapped and figured out how to open the under-seat compartment to flip the breaker switch and installed the mirrors, it was fully charged and ready to go!! I've had it a week and driven all around town and have figured out some things: It is FAST (18 mph) and easy to steer and with the big tires it goes almost anywhere. It comes with 2 key fobs and it has a basket on the back of the seat for items that are NOT heavy, a compartment under the seat and it even has a very small glove box. But there is no operation manual - it comes only with a couple of sheets that will get you started. I'll probably have to go on-line and print one out. It also comes with 2 key fobs that are really touchy and if the alarm goes off you scramble to figure out how to silence it (since there is no operation manual)!!! The seat is fully adjustable, but the seat lever sticks out about 2" from under the seat under your right leg and is continually poking into the leg. The basket on the back of the seat is large, but is only screwed into the fiberboard and I read that it will pull out if much weight is put into it. That being said, I carry a re-usable shopping bag and put lighter things in the basket and put the heavier things (canned goods and milk etc) in the shopping bag and set it between my feet on the running board. Don't laugh - it works!! It has hand brakes like a bike - if you did not purchase the ELITE model the brake needs to be set any time you leave the machine because it will roll freely. Also, the downhill speed is a concern - letting off on the throttle does not slow the scooter down. And I have found myself pushing it backwards with my foot instead of using reverse because of the really LOUD back up alarm. Lastly, it is very tippy - the center of gravity is quite high and the machine is narrow (to fit thru doorways) so you need to slow down to take corners. Note: this probably is NOT recommended, but I live in a rural area and the rear safety wheels would drag and scrape many times during any outing. I wanted to raise them up an inch for clearance but ended up removing them altogether. All in all (after a week) I really like this scooter. My first choice in colors was red, but then I saw the yellow model and then I saw the orange one!! I ended up buying the camo green one simply because it blends in. You might chose a brighter color if your intent is to stand out. My kids told me I will get a pair of night vision goggles for Christmas to go with the camo scooter!! HA! Kids!! ... show more

    • Fun to Drive, Good Range, But Practicality Limited a Bit.

This scooter is fast, fun to drive, has great range and will get you jealous looks. Keep it charged and you are always ready to go. All of that is on the plus side. On the negative side, My scooter had paint damage caused by inadequate protection and flimsy crating. It also had a minor part missing and a flat tire. Contact with the seller resulted in a replacement inner tube to fix the flat and a replacement for the missing part. For the paint damage I only received the advice to buy touch-up paint. The finish on the scooter is high-gloss and attractive. Fixing a problem of this sort in such a way as not to be an obvious repair is not easy. The practicality of the scooter is limited in two ways. The only provision for carrying items with you is a small basket attached to the back of the seat and a tiny apace under the seat. In addition, the maker did not see fit to install an attachment point for a small trailer; nor does there seem to be a way to add one. So, what the buyer is left with is the "sports car of mobility scooters", all fun and little practicality, If you use it to go shopping, you will not be bringing much home with you.. ... show more

Speedy, maybe even a bit too fast for my comfort. I miss the dynamic braking and easing into movement that my other scooter has. Comfortable, but I'm still told about (through my back) rough pavement. Operator's manual NEEDS specific instructions about the various switches, not just where they are. Haven't yet checked out the range, but I'm hopeful it's not exaggerated in the ads. I added a telescopic bike flag for more visibility. Response to a question about a perceived problem was quick and correct. All in all, well worth the price. I'm not really into recommending products, but this one gets my nod. ... show more

I bought this for my dad. He absolutely loves it. It has given him freedom and mobility while keeping him hip with his hippie friends. He loves that it can travel far and also that it is a very stable scooter. He was completely unsure of the color but loves it now. The company was awesome to work with and was very prompt in answering my questions and assisting me in getting it to my dad who lives in a different state. Their customer service alone would make me want to purchase from them again. But the fact that this beautiful scooter has provided freedom and safety for my dad means the world to me. It gets around and that’s the main thing. The seat is adjustable and comes with a seatbelt. One headlight does not work, but I’m pretty sure I can fix that myself. The side mirrors, which you have to attach yourself, are not great quality and don’t remained tightened.

When we received the scooter it arrived with a headlight lens that had manufacturer defects. We were a little slow in contacting E-wheels about the problem and they told us that it was a part that had to be replaced within 30 days (we contacted them after that time period) and so was not longer under warranty. Cascade Healthcare Solutions (the seller) volunteered to pay for the new part and have it shipped to us. In addition they stayed in close contact with us throughout the process. We are giving them a five star review. By the way we are very happy with the scooter with the exception of the defective headlight lens. ... show more

It is a nice scooter but already having problems with the back wheel losing air. Makes a humming noise also. When we finally got ahold of top mobility they didn't understand the problem. Cannot afford to send it back or it would be on its way. They did replace the plastic piece over the speedometer that was scratched when we got it.
