The scooter works fine, all controls work as they should, it will carry 2 people if needed. The batteries died after 11.7 miles, my husband checked them and 1 battery had a dead cell, so they wont charge with 1 bad battery. So be ready to spend abour 200-300 dollars for new batteries.

Got one of these for my dad . Batteries died before even putting 25 miles on it. If you buy one of these know you are going to have to buy batteries right out of the gate. That’s about 350.00 dollars. If you get one the manufacturer wants you to take batteries in and have them checked. But if you take it apart you void your warranty. I received my EWheels EW-10 a week ago and so far it has been great. I was worried that with my 270 pounds it wouldn't reach 15 mph but it did. Battery life has been great. The backup signal is a little loud but that's easy to live with. Overall it's a fun little scooter.

Bought that Scooter 7 month ago, 1st couple month everything was fine, then after 70 miles Batteries DIed and its not Charging, this scooter now NOT WORKING at all

I have the ew10 it has 76 miles on it at less than 30 the batteries failed and I could not get any help with replacing them from the manufacturer. Now at 76 miles the speedometer just quit working..if there is anybody reading this that can help me figure out what to do please respond.
