<Edit to my original review: It seems I had difficulty because I followed the written instructions that came with it. But if instead, you just let the Autorun feature of the CD work, it goes much smoother. Which begs the question, why not just say that in the instructions? Well, I got around this initially by just running the Autorun file on the CD. But that only went so far. The instructions tell you to install two updates that are on the CD. But the folders it refers to do not exist on my CD! So what do I do now? The software itself tells you to go online and update it. Then it asks for dealer info. I am not a dealer.
