Installed an Everpure EV9324-01 Water Filter Assembly when installing a Manitowoc UD0140A NEO Series Undercounter Dice Cube Ice Maker. This is the replacement filter for that water filter assembly. Manitowoc distributor suggested this filter because of excellent filtering and minimal problems. Screws on and off for quick and easy change out (remember to shut off inlet flow and bleed off outlet pressure). Replaced after 1 year of very low usage of the ice machine while the house was being built. Will replace more frequently if pressure gauge on outlet side shows drop in water pressure implying filter is becoming restricted. This is a very good choose for an ice machine water filter. I change it out every 6 months. Ice machine stays clean and easy to clean, even when you have hard water. It's a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for.

I am experienced Plumber for 32 years. The most I liked about this brand EverPure filter is the flow of water and never go back to Revers Osmosis’s which gives you only 3 gallons then have to wait to get pressures and for every 3 gallons of water waisting 2 gallons goes to drain .
