The unit is working well however, the faucet is not actually a faucet at all. The lever on the side is a switch that tells the pump to come on. This means that the Water Delivery tubing does not have pressure on it until the faucet is actuated. Therefore you cannot run it to your icemaker or any additional faucets. The pictures shown in the description do not explain that. Also, there seems to be no customer service. They don't return your emails and there's no way to call the manufacturer ... show more

    • No Way To Contact Customer Service

I should first mention that the directions to install the unit are scarce. I got everything hooked up and double check my work, but the unit was completely unresponsive. No lights from the RO unit came on nor any water from the spigot. Aside from that, the biggest problem is that there really is no customer service. No one you can call, chat or communicate with directly. All you can do is send an email, which I did. Three looks like I got a dud and will be sending this back tomorrow. Not a great experience. I originally gave this unit 1* but have since changed it to 3* for one major reason. I hooked up the unit to the same plug that my garbage disposal runs on. MY Bad. With that said, I still have not heard from customer service. It’s still a NO-SHOW. I have also tested the water and the readings from this RO unit fluctuate, a fair amount. It is not consistent in its water quality output. The third thing to keep in mind is that it does make a light pumping sound when it operates, even though it is under the sink. This is my 3rd and last review as this ro is being returned. My tap water runs about 520ppm and right now the ro is putting out 110ppm. A good RO should run about 20+ range. Customer Service does not exist for this company. Don’t bother buying a Tokit. Also, if you have an auto ice maker that feeds off your RO DO NOT buy a model like this that only turns on the unit when the water dispenser is used. My best of luck to anyone buying a Tokit. ... show more
