    • Beware of the label and install directions
I've bought and replaced this filter several times with no issues. Just line up the tabs, push up and turn to the right to lock in place with label facing out. Well, this one locked in place but would not allow the water to pass through so I returned it for a refund. I bought another and the same thing happened. After closer inspection with the installed filter - turns out the label on the new filters had been put on 180 degrees off - which meant when you locked it in place with the label facing out - it would not work. You have to install it with the backside of the label facing out in order for it to work correctly. Maybe someone had a bad day on the assembly line and did not pay attention to how they put the labels on. Made for interesting conversations that day around the water cooler. ... show more

Definitely does the job. I work in a warehouse where the water is just not drinkable, due to the pipes in the building. This filters it crystal clear. I am very impressed, and very glad to know I am drinking clean water.
