I LOVE this pool. I am on my second one overall (used the first one to its absolute death and was more than happy to buy a second of the exact same pool). Great quality and size for the price. My kids love it. I love it. I did upgrade the pump but the one that comes with it is fine, I just wanted one I could set a timer on. Very beginner friendly. It is really windy where we live and this pool holds up great, the frame is solid and the pool is easy to put together. When we first put it up, I thought there was a leak in the bottom, as water was running out from somewhere under the pool. It seemed to leak for a couple of days. I got into it on the third day and walked around inside the pool to see if I could find the leak. I couldn't find anything. The next morning there was no leak and it's been fine since. That was over a month ago, and no leaks. Everything works great. It's been a lifesaver in 95 degree weather. The price was very affordable.

The support for this product is terrible. I have gotten nothing but the run around from their support. I purchased the pool is January of this year 2024. I set the pool up in mid May. We are now 3 days into June and all 4 of the corner pieces have cracks in them. One is splitting so badly that it looks like it is about to rip apart. I contacted the company via their website and after several days heard nothing back from them. I called the number and they only have a 30 day warranty on the product. I now have to purchase the corner pieces from them if they have any in stock. Meanwhile, I have a pool that might come apart at any time. I will never deal with these people again. I advise that you not purchase this pool. In addition to this the filter that comes with the pool is very undersized for this size of pool. This is a cheap POS pool but an index and spend the extra money. Adding an update after several attempts to contact them I finally have a response and apparently, I cannot get parts for this item and am not able to order them or return it. I strongly not buying anything from this seller / company. Apparently, even when I purchased this item from them it had been discontinued yet this was mentioned nowhere in the ad for this item when they had it listed on this site. I would like to know if they ever planned to honor any type of issue with this or even provide any support. This is a shady company stay away This is the run around that I have been getting for the last week with this company attempting to get parts for this pool. Amazon should shut down their store and bar them from selling on their platform. I have post-Covid dysautonomia, which prevents upright exercise. (My heart rate would increase to the point where debilitating fatigue sets in.) As a longtime swimmer, I was happy that rehabilitation consists mostly of working out only in a supine or reclined position [swimming, rowing, or recumbent bike]. The dysautonomia is so bad (until I recover more) my mood has suffered a lot, so I never felt up to going to the aquatic center. SO, my middle-school kiddo & I [an ill, over-40 woman with a fractured, healing hand] set this up by ourselves, in 100-degree weather—*but in tiny increments*—in early June 2024, in our detached shed/garage/workroom. (In the urban area where I live, outside pools at people’s houses are not allowed.) I use this with my swim tether, so it’s like swimming laps but without the flip-turns. There’s a mosquito-net barrier over the opened door during those times. When it is not being used, I lock everything up incredibly securely. I love this thing. At this point in my recovery, I swear, I feel physically well, ONLY when I’m in it. Plus, this was the only pool on the market that was just the right size—and almost 4-feet deep! Um, right—it wasn’t a *breeze* to set up (& my spouse did help us with one part), but it will be easier if you have more room to work with than you see we had! The pump *has* actually been sufficient so far—but I’m the only person using the pool & it isn’t outside, there isn’t much to filter. (That said, I am going to change the pump soon—when I attach a small water-heater for the fall months.) The ladder IS rubbish. I’m only 130 lbs., but I was worried it would collapse the one time I used it. So for a few times, I’d just pop into the pool from a sturdy 2-feet-tall bench next to it, but getting out was a tiny bit trickier, so later I got a two-sided, *non-pool* ladder with these rubbery feet things [~80 bucks?—sturdier and cheaper than any pool ladder on here]. That works wonderfully. I was just hoping the thing would make it through the summer as my post-covid rehab started, but it’s showing no sign of wear or anything. Yay! (Again, it isn’t exposed to sun much at all. And with heavier use, the pump may have to be switched out with a better one. Also, this was on sale for 400-something bucks when I got mine, so you might find a better price if you’re in the market for one of these—I’m not sure.)

We got the smallest size as a soaking pool. Read the reviews and decided to take a chance because it was on sale. During setup I just treated it like an inflatable pool so it wouldn’t drag over anything. I think the bad reviews about leaking are because it doesn’t have a base and may have snagged on something. If you bring the liner out in the box and put it roughly where you want it, it should be fine. That plus fairly level ground but it doesn’t have to be perfect at least for the size we got. Otherwise setup was easy, it’s been 2 months and it’s held up great through thunderstorms that had it over filled. For the size we got and the price point, I’d buy this over an inflatable pool all day every day even if we have to replace it every couple years.

This thing is awesome. Not to tiny but also not so huge that the smaller kids are afraid of it. My kids ages 13 years to 4 years had so much fun in this pool! A must is a good sand filter and regular chemical maintenance and this thing will give you hours of fun!

Good value. Exceptionally easy to set up. Pool needs to be set up on a very level surface. Even a slight slope shifts the water and makes the center end pole slip out of position. Corrected with thin solid rubber matting beneath pole support. I also used a thick moving pad beneath the pool to soften the pool surface as it was set up on a concrete patio. Once set up, very sturdy, no leaks, no discoloration with pool chemicals or sun exposure. Definitely recommend.
