The ride has a lot to be desired....When turning my foot hits the moving front tire...even at high gear the bike requires a lot of effort to move forward...it is a heavy bike. Package of Front wheel was busted open and small damage to the front disc brake and pad. Contacted customer service and they were very nice to replace the brake and bented disc to the front wheel. With the new replacement parts the disc and brake pads are not rubbing against each other, and everything is riding smoothly now. Thank you for taking care of the issue, we can't control how transportation is but we can improve and hope that those hard workers delivering women and men do a better job with delivering the product without further damage. ... show more

This is not a road bike. The gear group is for a mountain bike and the frame and wheels are heavy. Looks like a good bike but it is not. Can’t say anything about durability but have my doubts as the front wheel came slightly bent and cannot be aligned. So it grinds against the brakes and I’m returning it.
