Item worked for six months of light non-commercial use. One day I tried putting more butane in it, but the butane started leaking out where the flame comes out. I took it outside and turned it on, but instead of the torch flame it was a large softer flame (like a bic lighter.) once started, the flame stayed on even when I turned it off. I had to wait until the entire canister was empty before it was safe to toss. If I blew on the large soft flame I could blow it out however butane leaked non-stop until the unit was empty. DO NOT BUY

After filling properly, the torch kept leaking butane from the fill port. When unlocked the torch will let butane out, but the ignite feature on this was faulty. The torch was releasing gas from both ends and at this point I threw it outside before gassing myself trying to get it to light. Extremely disappointed, since this product was the once Amazon recommended. Waste of money and time.

I bought 3 of these for my bar, as we have a smoke topper to smoke our drinks. All 3 broke within 1-2 months and one of them actually exploded in one of my server’s hands. I wish I could return them.

This is a bad design, the gas leaks even after the safety lock in place. The ignition key button takes 11 callousness presses to get the flame going. And it leaks gas. This thing is an explosion or amputation accident waiting to happen. I will never buy a flame use or flame ingintion product on Amazon again. It had Amazon seal of approval but man this thing is accident waiting to happen.

It doesn't fill properly. It leaks gas, the igniter stopped working after 2 weeks of use and now 4 months later, it doesnt work at all. Save your money and buy a better torch for you know what. Aye!
