I just got this vacuum because my old cordless one seemed like it was barely doing anything. I wanted something affordable and I think it's a pretty good vacuum for the price. I just vacuumed the living room with my old one, and then tested out the new one right away. I got a ton of dust and dirt just from a simgle pass. My carpet was looking so dingy and now it looks much better. So it works super good! The only downside so far is how much louder it is. The old one is so quiet I can vacuum in the middle of the night without disturbing the neighbors but this Eureka is so loud I won't be able to do that. Also it is pretty light for a standard vacuum but it's hard to push through the carpet since there's no power roller or swivel. For a cheap vacuum it's powerful and cleans the carpet pretty good. But if I had a little extra money I'd buy something like a shark navigator. ... show more

This vacuum has the best suction when it comes to vacuuming. So impressed with its performance. The suction is amazing when it comes to pet hair. Our son comes to visit and he always leaves his dog and cats fur on our couch, this vacuum always suctions it off easily. This is easy to assemble out of the box and use. I wish the cord was a little longer but I can sacrifice that for a great suction. This vacuum is durable and works amazingly well. So versatile, easy to move room to room plus use the hand held attachment. I can take out to garage and use on our car. It is great on suctioning sand too. This Eureka is such a great price for such a lightweight, compact vacuum. Definitely worth the price! We have one in our condo and our cleaner loves it, said it gets all the sand out of the shower floor so it doesn’t clog our drain. We just moved into a new house and I got this one because I like how well the one we have in our condo works. Vaccum works great. It's a bit lighter then expected but it works awesome. The 3 stars is because of Amazon itself. I used Prime on the item. I ordered it on Friday and it was supposed to arrive on Monday. Monday comes and the item hadn't even shipped out yet. It ships out Monday evening and the new date is Thursday. Thursday comes and I see that it is out for delivery, supposed to come about 3-5. As the time gets closer, the delivery time keeps moving as well. Eventually it is supposed to be here from 7-10. The time is 7:45pm and I see on the tracker that the vehicle says I am the next stop. The car passes my road and delivers on another street. The app says that they are making other stops before me now. I wait a bit longer and suddenly my tracking updates saying that my package was returned to the shipping center. Come Friday morning, a week since I ordered, my package is out again and once again my time window keeps moving until it is later afternoon again. I contacted customer service to make sure that I would actually get it this day. The person was very kind and put in a ticket saying it needs to be sped up. Thankfully come dinner, it was finally delivered. Vaccum is nice, delivery sucks. I don't plan to keep my prime. It doesn't help. ... show more
