Don't waste your money. The washing machine started to wash through after 2 weeks, no stop after programming, it just kept going. We called the support, did a soft reset on instructions, worked exactly for 2 washes and then again the problem. Called again, you should order a new module. they would give us a number from a technician who installs it. This number was wrong, this company was not in charge. Again reported to the technology support received no response. Called the "customer service" again and told him that after two weeks we are now fed up and they should pick up the devices and give us the money back. We are now waiting for the 24 hours and nothing happens, we will take other steps. For 2 weeks no working washing machine, spare parts have to be ordered by yourself, no responsible technician is available. Customer service that keeps you in order not to have to pay the money back. People don't waste your money and your nerves on this company ... show more

Got washer dryer in time installed in my new 5th wheel did 2 load of laundry light loads and drier quit no power washer works plugged due in where washer was plugged in working and nothing called and finally got call back they said we will send part out without sending a tech and would send tracking info it my email and have got nothing I've now done this twice on the phone same conversation same results ... show more

Very very small. It's can fit a load of laundry. Customer service was very difficult just on trying to return it. If you do want to return it, they're making you pay for a new pallet, strips, and to pay for it to go back just to get the refund and they want you to take pictures not worth it. Absolutely the worst, 1st washer quit at 11 months, replacement lasted 10 months, tried to find repairman in columbia south carolina, not one, told that maybe in Atlanta ga, to far and to expensive, don't do it!!!!!!
