I absolutely LOVE this vaccuum cleaner & was so pleasantly surprised!! It's so difficult to try to figure out which one to buy, but unlike a lot of purchases, I'm VERY happy with it!! The assembly is INCREDIBLY easy (I usually have to hire someone for most things) and it's actually already 90% assembled when you pull it out of the box. They actually bother to include written out instructions instead of just diagrams also, which I really appreciate. (it takes less than 5 minutes to do the couple things you need to). It really picks up things, is lightweight, and SUPER easy to use and clean. It also comes with a 2nd filter. My first order never came in. Shipping date changed 3 times. It wasn't moving either. Contacted Amazon via Chat 2 times about this vacuum. First one said I could cancel the order and buy a new one but she wouldn't honor the same price for this item when it was 50% off!!!! Contacted them again cause no vacuum delivered. This time the Amazon agreed I should get an replacement for the same price, but since the credit card was already charged and went thru they sent the replacement for $0.00 and was here within 2 days!! Now about the vacuum. I'm impressed!! Powerful little vacuum. I tried it on my washable 8 x 10 rug. It really sucked up the carpet but to the point I could move the vacuum. I have a German Shepard and one telling you it really got the hair up from the rug. It's light weight so its very easy for me to Cary it upstairs. Vacuum comes with 2 attachments and an extra filter. I can't figure out if you can adjust the setting. Try the set it higher so it doesn't suck up my washable rug up that much. Gave it 4 stars since the first one never was delivered and being a Prime member Amazon should have done something since 8 day's has passed with no delivery. Picks up most everything on first pass. Average suction. Can use handle with attachments for better reach and less bending. Narrow vacuum head gets under cabinets and edges of furniture. Lighter than most full size vacuums. Works great on my hard floors and large rug. Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner and was so pleasantly surprised by how good it is. Choosing a vacuum can be difficult, but unlike many purchases, I’m extremely happy with this one. Assembly is incredibly easy—it comes about 90% assembled right out of the box. They even include clear written instructions instead of just diagrams, which I really appreciated. It took less than five minutes to finish setting it up. The vacuum is lightweight, very easy to use, and simple to clean. It actually picks up dirt well and performs equally great on concrete floors and rugs. I also love that it automatically adjusts to different floor types without needing to switch settings. My vacuum arrived with no attachments....I asked them to please send my attachments. They told me that I would have to reorder. In the mean time the price had gone up $10.00 dollars! They said that they would refund me. It was their fault! I feel that I should be able to get the attachments no problem. The vacuum works great. I ordered two. My boy friends came as it should. I feel they should just send me the parts! Their workers should pay attention to what they are doing. Too much of this is going on these days! ... show more

Nice, light weight, vacuum. It does a nice job of picking up the little crumbs, and bits, and things that drop to the floor. I call the attachments "pint-sized". The crevice tool is probably only 6" long. I'll manage. The one thing that, for me, is a negative, is the cord. It's not very long and I spend a lot of time moving it from outlet to outlet. I will probably just keep an extension cord with it. I recommend this product, I'm happy with it. ... show more
