I bought two of these and both have foil tasting water and after flushing it with clean water. I also tried backing soda. If it wasn't for the foul tasting water it would be good. Bit no one what's to drink the water.

the cooler they shipped to me didn't make cold water but after a couple text with them they sent me a new one free of charge that works perfect.....they do stand behind their product and are very concerned about customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this product

So far so good, however, the buttons for cold, warm and hot water should be labeled on top so users will be able to see what they're getting.

To be honest I’m trying to think of something good to say about this water dispenser. Ok, here’s something, it’s a nice looking appliance. I find all the instructions a bit confusing. It’s way too much info and makes it so much more complicated. It also has no lighting for when you’re dispensing water. It would have been nice to have a light that automatically turns on when using the dispenser. Lastly, it’s really, really, really NOISY!!! There’s very few moments of peace and quiet with this thing running. I kept the packaging just in case I’d need to return it. At this point it seems like a forgone conclusion I’ll be returning it. I replaced this monstrosity for one that worked perfectly for over a decade…darn shame the company no longer makes water dispensers. Do I recommend this cooler…NOT a snowball’s chance in hades!!!
