I purchased my ice maker the end of January and received it beginning of February. Love the ice it makes! Unfortunately the end of March our ice maker was making a loud noise. I contacted Euhomy customer support immediately, even though I had purchased the extra appliance insurance with Amazon. I can not tell you how helpful they were. First they ask that I try different things (like a deep cleaning) and when that didn't resolve the issue, they escalated by issue up the chain. I dealt with the same customer service person all the way through. She kept me informed of each and every step, including expediting a replacement with a new ice maker. I have never had such care and consideration from any company customer service department as I did with theirs. I highly recommend Euhomy. They truly stand behind their product and their personnel truly treat their customers as they should.

Was working good for 2 weeks and out of no where it started doing horrible loud noises it was still running and making ice but noise is annoying had to turn it off

This is my first countertop ice maker, so I don't know how it compares to others, but I think this one is good! I use mini cubes in my blender everyday, so it was definitely getting old having to refill and empty trays so frequently. Now I can just fill the machine with water, push a button, set a timer, and boom! Ice for days! 😁 They are bigger than the mini ice I normally use, but they still work much better than normal sized cubes. The bucket does fill before the water runs out, and I wish it had an alarm or something rather than just changing color, but again, just set a timer to empty it, easy! My only real complaint is the ice size LED not turning off when it's set to anything other than default. And it didn't even occur to me that I would need an ice pick, since they're a bit wet going into the freezer, they all clump... 😆 Update: 7 months in and the sensors appear to be failing. It will randomly read the bucket as full with almost no ice, and some of the LEDs won't shut off. Sucks, I loved this machine. 😞

I was really disappointed in this. The reviews were very good. The size and quality of the ice cubes were fine. I like that the unit recycles the melting ice cubes so you don't have to keep filling the tank. However, I should have been suspicious when the first unit I received was clearly a used ice maker. Amazon customer service was great as usual and allowed me to return the unit easily. I received a new one right away. It worked fine, for about a week or two. Then it started making an extremely loud noise while it was running. We tried shutting it down for a while and restarting, but the loud running noise didn't stop. We were forced to return it. Amazon was great with returns as always.

I am sad because this ice maker makes great ice, but a week after I got the product it started making a really high pitched whining noise. Sounds almost like the pump is going to die. I have done the self clean after a week as recommended and it subsided but returned the following week. Hoping it’s just an indication that a self clean needs to be done. I do not use tap water in this machine, I only use prefilled 5 gallon jugs of water for consumption in my home because I am on a well. Waiting to see if any other issues pop up before I decide if I am going to return before the window is up.

This is my 3rd ice maker from this mfg. I previously ordered EUHOMY Countertop Ice Maker Machine with... Size: 11.57"D x 11.42"W x 8.74"H twice!!! When that 2nd one failed I was done with trying ice makers. I looked back on Amazon and found this one. Although it is same mfg., double the price, I tried it. PEOPLE ,buy this one!!!!! It makes beautiful customised ice, big ice bin, timers, auto on auto off it has everything I didn’t know I needed!! I was ready to GIVE UP on THIS BRAND, but instead bought one step up and it was sooo worth it. This is the best countertop ice maker. 👏👏👏👏
