This is an amazing little machine. It pumps out the ice in a reasonable amount of time. It allows our fridge ice maker to keep up with teenagers filling their sports water bottles, even during the summer months. We just put water in it when we are home and able to check it frequently. We keep an ice cream bucket in the freezer that we dump the ice in when the ice maker basket gets full. The ice will start to melt so you can't leave it in there like a commercial ice machine but it's pretty perfect for home use. We have had it for several months and had zero problems with it. Well worth the price!

This thing has been going strong for over a year now. It makes ice fast, and does its job. It fits nicely on the counter as well, and doesnt take up a lot of space. It's a bit of a pain to clean since it has a lot of little crevices, but other than that, a fantastic addition to the kitchen.

Great countertop icemaker, does not take up a lot of space, makes ice 2 different sizes and quickly. Easy to use and clean. I only wish the turn off button would stop flashing. To stop it from flashing you must turn the icemaker on. However this is not a deal breaker. Not very noisy at all. Awesome for my iced coffee.

This ice maker is amazing! It does about a pound of ice an hour, assuming the ice bin isn't full and there is enough water. I love that it offers small or large cubes. The small cubes are great if you just want to suck on some ice and they are easy to chew if that's something you like to do. I was a little worried when I read some reviews say it was noisy but mine is very quiet. I can hear it when it drops the ice into the bin but other than that it makes less noise than the microwave or the exhaust fan over the stove.

This works amazingly well. I spent one morning making a large ziplock bag of ice and it only took about 3 quarts of water. My son says i am doing it wrong because I dont leave the ice in the machine. I dont use that much ice in a day so i make mine about once or twice a month. No since leaving it sit in the machine and leaving it run non-stop.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased this icemaker on March 17, 2025. Before I proceed, I should clarify that I am an engineer by education and vocation. Anyone who knows an engineer knows that we have a tendency to be anal retentive. The ice marker arrived, I unpacked it and followed the manufactures instructions to the most minute detail. I let the icemaker set over night before adding water and turning it on. The icemaker operated as you would expect, making ice. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of ice produced. It operated just fine until two (2) days after the 30 days return window. Suddenly the ADD WATER notification light stopped working and when the icemaker was low or out of water it still tried to make ice. I had registered the icemaker for warranty on the day it arrived on HUOMY's website. I went to the HUMONY web site and filled out the claim request providing all the information requested. After a few days I received an email requesting essentially the same information I had previously provided when I filed a claim with the additional request to provide a video that showed what was happening or not happening. I complied and submitted all the requested information. Later that same day (give them credit for being timely) I received another email with instruction to drain the water (which I had already done before) and restart the icemaker (I completed the request with the same results, no WATER ADD indication). They also requested and provided a video for me to remove the control panel to confirm the connections. I completed the task and surprise there were no loose or broken connections. WHAT WE HAVE HERE IS THE CLASSIC NONEXISTENCE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVOIDANCE OF BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PRODUCT. I HAVE ABSOULTELY NO EXPECTATION THAT EUHOMY HAS ANY INTEREST IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE (THEY ARE SANDBAGGING ME) OR PROVIDING RESPONIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ELECT TO PURCHASE AN EUHOMY ICEMAKER EXPECT TO BE ON YOUR OWN AND ACCEPT RESPONSIBILY THAT YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED. GOOD LUCK 6/9/25 UPDATE: Since I wrote so much negative, I now have to write something positive. My initial experience as outlined above was with Euhomy's technical support. After serval rounds with the technical support with no positive results I was finally contacted by someone in Euhomy's customer service and everything changed. The customer service I received was exceptional. After I explained everything that had occurred the customer service people immediately sent me a new icemaker. So far it is working great. Hopefully it will last longer than the first one. I would give the customer service 5 stars. I rated 3 stars until I see how long this icemaker actually works.

I picked this little ice maker up this summer to keep in the garage to fill up our water bottles before work and I’m very impressed! I didn’t expect too much from a cheaper ice maker but it has been going strong with daily use. The ice doesn’t have any weird taste and the water tank doesn’t leak while still being easy to move around when we need the space with the handle on top and is easy to clean. It produces ice very fast too at 8 pieces every 7 minutes on the large setting I timed it (if you use warm water it’ll take a round or two to cool it down) I believe it’s worth it for the price
