Easy to install and very nice product , the apps needs to be more flexible with the auto lock feature, it’s only support 3 mins as max time, and take more time n than normal if you try to unlock with the Apple Watch, but in general it’s very nice .

Bought two of these deadbolts/handle combos and will have to return one of them. Both deadbolts work with no issues, and the handles are beautiful but unfortunately one of them is unreliable and gets stuck trying to open the door.

Installation was straight forward and simple but upon removing my generic branded smart lock to replace it with this I noted the serious lack of sturdiness of this smart lock compared to the on I replaced. The thru bolts holding it in place were ridiculously skinny (About HALF the size of the generic one) and the sleeve/shielding/alignment portion was plastic on the Eufy compared to metal on the one I replaced. This was quite a disappointment. Setup through the app was straightforward to add users. I did note that it seems you HAVE to give each user a PIN vs. allowing them to only have a fingerprint which I would have preferred so as to not have a bunch of other codes out there that would work and weren't necessary. I did like the auto-relock function as I've often run into issues with the kids leaving a door unlocked so now it should stay locked at night which is nice. The lit keypad is bright and easy to see in the dark area I have it and is responsive and reading fingerprints from the reader reliably so far but time will tell as that is one reason I replaced the last one, it stopped recognizing fingerprints and I had to reprogram them occasionally. If you're not concerned with physical security and just want to keep the honest people honest, then this might be a decent lock to use, but I don't think I'd use this in a location that was a first line of defense. A door to the garage maybe or an interior space perhaps.
