the packaging and instructions are by far the best in any build of material product. they label every step and process. if you mess up the install, it is on you. Enabling and adding wifi is easy and the instructions on the phone are great. The only issue i have is i can't access while away. I would like to be able to unlock if someone shows up unannounced -- can't do that --which i find frustrating. Volume control is actually helpful on this as well. The media could not be loaded. I purchased this smart lock to accommodate my dog sitter. I replaced the existing dead bolt lock in about 30 minutes. Add a few more minutes to download the free application required to setup the lock and add fingerprints and codes. I did not realize how liberating it would be to stop carrying my house key. No longer can I accidentally lock myself out of my house at two in the morning while half asleep and walking my semi-incontinent dog. I also like the ability quickly add and delete user codes and fingerprints. I can easily add a new user and text them the code. Physical keys are no longer necessary. Options such as date ranges and time of day access restrictions provide additional control. I purposely avoided a Wi-Fi enabled lock because I don’t want to give anyone a chance to hack the lock and gain access to my house or change the codes to lock me out. You may think this is an extreme position, but internet connected devices are hacked all the time. I’m hard to impress, but I can’t think of any improvement opportunities for this lock. It has all the features and quality I expect at this price point. I anticipate this lock wIll last manny years. I highly recommend it. ... show more

I want one that I can use a key to open with. In case the battery runs out. I'm pretty happy with it. This one is great because I have an older door where the hole is much smaller at less than 2" and the other lock I bought didn't support it. Quick installation.

If you’re anything like our busy household this has made our life so much easier! Super easy to install only took maybe 20 minutes. Fit right on our door and didn’t require any extra holes! Easy to set up with the app and add everyone’s fingerprints.
