I received this 4G LTE camera about a month ago and am very pleased with the purchase. It arrived quickly and setup was very simple. I first temporarily mounted it with access to wifi in order to learn about the features and settings. Worked great. Then I activated a data account and compared the two ways of access. The camera is very responsive on either access. Also, the solar panel is impressive in that it starts charging in any light, even in some shade. I like the user options for recording length and sensitivity for detecting movement. I would recommend this camera to anyone needing security videos on a site that has no power or wifi. Just be sure of cellular coverage at that site.

My home needs to be completely rebuilt after a fire last year and when they start I wanted a way to watch while I would be at work. No electricity at the home, so no WIFI, and I didn't really want to ask my neighbors to use their WIFI. After looking at a bunch of "game" cameras I finally found this camera and I am so glad that I did! When it arrived it came with 2 micro sim cards, one a tiny bit too large for the camera. I contacted customer service via email on this & they replied quickly, but they were unsure as well. So the unused one sits in the box still. Once the sim card is installed then just download the app to your phone and it sort of walks you through what you need to do, there are no other instructions that come with the camera. I am technically challenged but I did get through it just fine. Then I had to mount it somewhere. We have a telescoping flagpole in the front yard and I was able to rig it to that. The camera came with a mount for attaching to wood, but it had holes, so I was able to use wire to attach it to the pole. Same with the solar panel. So it worked out well, even though it's a little bit crooked. It would be great if EUFY sold a mount that could fit around a round flagpole, and maybe they do, I never did ask. Once mounted and using the app I turned on the camera and am so pleased by the quality of the image! However it was always running in the background of my phone and I left it on all the time. So literally within 3 days the data that came with the sim card completely ran out and I had to buy more. Through the app I paid approx $13 for 2 MB of additional data that would last for 30 days. Then I decided to keep the camera OFF until I wanted to take a look at it. So that data lasted all month, and really I hardly used it. But then it expired at 30 days so I had to buy more. The app sent a couple of messages near the end of the 30 days and I just bought more. There are all sorts of options to choose from as far as purchasing data as well, not just 2 MB or 30 days, there are all sorts of plans. If you're using this camera for constant security or to watch for wildlife you will go through data quite a bit. But if you just want to take a look now and again do what I do and simply turn it off and on again when you want. I did ask customer service how to slow down usage when on, and they are very helpful, but for me this was the easiest way. The camera will rotate almost all the way around as well as tilt down. And the quality is so good I can read the names on the sides of trucks that are in my driveway. Photos are of my front yard, not sure why I couldn't find "front yard" in the app, but I'm sure that was just user error. Even at night it works great using a light on the front of the camera. See photos. I'm thrilled with this camera and I highly recommend it and plan to purchase another one for the backyard as well.

I was in the market for a security camera that would be suitable for the construction site of a new home, that had no electricity nor Wi-Fi service in it. After lots of research I came across the Eufy 4G LTE Cam S330 after further examining the product I ordered it, and I don't regret it. I would rate this security camera 4 out of 5 stars because it was easy to set up and install, it has seamless connectivity, and some other amazing features. The setup took me less than 10 minutes all you must do is download the free Eufy Security app on your phone (compatible with iOS and Android) and follow the directions on the app. You do not even need to have Wi-Fi to set up the camera because, with the SIM card, you can practically set up the camera anywhere. The camera comes with almost everything you need to install it, the only things you will need to have is a screwdriver and maybe a ladder depending on where you would like to install it. Depending on the surface you wish to install it you might need some screws for example I installed them on siding, and it was a struggle to screw the screws in, so I had to get some screws for siding, but I guess it is different for everyone. Another good thing is the size of the camera. It is not too big but also not too small (approximately 4in.x4in.x6in.). It is a perfect size to where people can tell you have a security camera making intruders think before stepping foot on your property. Seamless connectivity allows the camera to continue operating even if you don’t have Wi-Fi. The camera comes with a SIM card, that you can activate when setting up the camera, it is compatible with 3 major US networks: AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. The camera automatically selects the network with better connectivity to enhance its performance. It also comes with a 100MB of Trail data in 7 days. One downside would be that you must pay after the trial is over, kind of like a cellular plan, if you wish to continue using the SIM card. The SIM card subscription ranges from 50MB 30 Days for 7$ to 50G 360 Days for 229.90$. The Eufy security camera also has a great number of features such as 4k viewing both day and night, notifications to your phone with an optional small video clip of the movement it detected, 360 viewing with AI tracking meaning that once it detects someone it will follow their movement, two-way audio, light and sound alarm that you can activate on your phone and it is solar powered. These features are excellent because I can see who is at the site, hear what is happening, and scare unwanted trespassers without physically being there and not having to worry about the camera’s battery running out. The Eufy app helps make it easy to control all these features by allowing you to control and move the camera from anywhere, allowing you to view live video, and if you wish you can record or screenshot a certain live moment and it will save to your phone’s cloud. This helps you from having to physically go and move the camera by hand and having limited access to certain angles. In conclusion, I would 100% recommend this product. Especially for anyone who is looking for security cameras for an environment where Wi-Fi access and electricity are hard to access. Yes, there might be cheaper options out there but overall, the price matches what you are getting I have had the opportunity to try Night Owl and Google Nest cam, and I would 100% choose the Eufy security camera over both anytime.
