Features

  • -Dynamic Navigation 2.0: Navigate faster and better than before. By thoroughly covering your entire house with logical route planning instead of random paths, RoboVac doesn't miss a spot.
  • - Two Chores Covered: With both vacuuming and mopping capabilities, RoboVac G30 Hybrid gives you two fewer chores to worry about. The ultra-strong 2000 Pa suction picks up more debris across all surfaces, while the mopping module applies the finishing touch.
  • - Control at Your Fingertips: Take full control of RoboVac from your smartphone. Review cleaning history, set scheduled cleaning, switch modes, and more on the app.
  • - Set Boundary Strips: Exclude your kids play area or your pets bed. RoboVac uses specialized dual-Hall Sensors to detect the Boundary Strips you set, ensuring it only cleans the areas required.
  • - Note: Make sure you are using a 2.4GHz router or a dual-band router that is configured to support a 2.4GHz frequency band. RoboVac doesnt support 5GHz frequency band.

  • Terrible compared to the 11s
Style: G30 Hybrid SES
Pros: Self-empty Cons: Pretty much everything else. Mapping: The mapping function is nice as you can see where the robot has been and if it runs out of battery before it finishes cleaning, it will pick back up from relatively close to where it left off (most of the time). However when the battery is depleted, it bounces around the house looking for the charger just like the previous models. Even though the charger location is on the map that the robot created, the robot apparently doesn't know where that is and bounces around for 5 mins or so looking for it. Due to my house not being an open floor plan, it rarely makes it back to the charger on its own, roughly 85% of the time, I have to move it to the charger myself. Meaning that unless I assist it to the charger, it's not going to recharge and not finish the cleaning. The rooms I have it cleaning total roughly 1000sq ft. Detection: It often gets hung up on the stone lip for our fireplace and air ducts. I bought the magnetic barrier strips but it would drive over them and then get hung up anyway, thereby throwing an error. As seen in the photo, I then placed the duct covers under the rug trying to eliminate the hangups, but now when it drives over the strip it stops saying "Error 9: Magnetic Boundary Strip Detected" and then I have to move it ANYWAY! If anything, buying the barrier strips have made this problem worse. You can't set boundaries in the app and the expensive magnetic strips only cause it to error out meaning you have to move the device anyway, making it a continued hassle despite the added expense of the boundary strips. I have noticed that when you have to move it, it gets confused and will often go back and get hung up in the same place regardless if you move it 1 inch or 1 foot. If you move it too many times or it encounters too many obstacles in a small place, it can't reconcile that and it's little computer brain will create a boundary in between those obstacles and will run back and forth in that small window (2ft to 4ft) until the battery dies. I have a large round kitchen table with 6 chairs, the chairs will cause the confusion as it will get between two of them, establish a sold barrier in it's program and then stay inside of that barrier it created itself. Error messaging: Every few feet it pronounces "Error 64: Yada Yada Yada (Can't understand what it's saying) Something not insert". Only thing I can find says to remove and empty the dust collector which is emptied with the self-empty system but even after removing it to refill the water tank (daily anyway), it continually says the same thing. Now every time it gets stuck, whether it's stuck on a vent, magnetic barrier, ran over a chord or sock, stuck under a dresser, etc. I get notifications on my phone. Several a day if I'm home to move it. I don't think I've gotten through a cleaning yet that I haven't had to move it multiple times and received multiple notifications. Mopping: Does an OK job for the roughly 400sq ft that you will get out of a tank but you have to refill it every time you want to use it. If I wanted to remove the tank/dust collector everyday I would have stuck with a non-self empty system. If you don't remove the tank and refill it, you get error messages in the app saying the water tank is empty. Conclusion: I replaced (2) 11s vacuums with the Eufy G20 and this G20 Hybrid system as the almost 2 year old 11's were having problems of their own. In hindsight I probably should have purchased 2 new 11's on Prime day instead of these G20s. All the new or improved features on these G20s have either been of little to no use or complete failures and have made any of the issues I experienced with the 11s a dream in comparison to these two g20s. The 11s would clean the floors and return to their chargers daily, a far cry better than what I can say for these. ... show more

  • Great robot vacuum
Style: G30 Hybrid
I don’t like the iRobot or shark vacuums. I think the best vacuums are probably the Roborock, but if you’re looking for something slim that will get under most dressers, TV stands, couches, and other, while also having the mop, this vacuum is great. It might lack some features such as mapping from the app and choosing closed areas from the app, but it cleans well, has a well-sized tank for dust and water, is very easy to clean, well priced, works pretty quietly, and is very slim. We’ve had it for over 2 years now and it’s doing a great job still, vacuuming a 2 bedroom apartment about twice a week. ... show more

  • Love this!
Style: G30 Hybrid
I love this product. I had non mop version for a year now and I wanted to upgrade to the mop version. It works great. I was a little worried at first that the water tank was too small to cover my entire apartment but it's fine. I love the smart detection system that it has where it goes in a straight line to clean. It gets the whole apartment cleaned without me having to listen to it run into things over and over. ... show more

  • I really wanted to like this, and it's not bad -- just not as good as I had hoped
Style: G30 Hybrid
I've been a happy Eufy Robovac owner for almost 5 years now, starting with the Robovac 11 in 2017, 2 Robovac 30s (one for a family member), and now the G30 Hybrid. Heck, I'm deep in the Eufy/Anker/Liberty/Soundcore family, with lightbulbs, multiple headphones/earbuds, security cameras, battery packs, charging cables, chargers, and almost everything else they make. This is a great company, with solid products and terrific customer support. Having said that...the Robovac G30 Hybrid doesn't work well for me. I have a dog that sheds WAY more than you would think possible, and hardwood floors throughout the main floor of my house. That combination requires either an ability to ignore furry floors, or vacuuming every day. Since I'm too lazy to break out the Hoover daily, I bought the Robovac to do it for me, and the Robovac 11 and 30 did a terrific job, as long as I remembered to empty the bin every other day or so. When the G30 Hybrid came out, I decided to upgrade, mainly for the mopping, connected capabilities and the intelligent mapping. I happily relegated my Robovac 30 upstairs (where everything is carpeted), and set the Robovac G30 Hybrid to work on my main floor. I have both vacuums set to run overnight while we are asleep. Within a few days, I started noticing lots of fur and dust that the G30 appeared to miss--rather large clumps of fur, in particular. Curious, I started the G30 manually, and watched it go through a cleaning cycle...and I believe I discovered why it's not working well for me. There are 2 reasons. First, The Robovac 11 and 30 have 2 brushes that counter-rotate to pull in fur and dust for the rollerbar/vacuum to pick up; the G30 only has one. Watching the 30, you can see that the two brushes work together to capture fur and dust, in some cases moving the fur back and forth between the two brushes until the rollerbar sucks it up. With the G30 only having one brush, sometimes a clump of fur will be flung to the side far enough that the rollerbar will miss it...and there's no brush on that side to bring it back in. Second, the 30 uses a random pattern to vacuum; it'll just keep going until the battery gets low, often times going over the same area more than once. While this may seem inefficient, in reality it means that even if fur/dust is missed on the first pass (or the brush flings it out of range), chances are it will be picked up on the next pass. Yes, this inefficiency means that some areas are not cleaned before the battery sends the Robovac home for the night, but since the patterns are random, more often than not that area will be cleaned the next night. The G30 Hybrid, however, uses intelligent mapping, which means it will try to not go back over areas it's already cleaned. While this means the G30 will cover more areas, for me, it means any dirt (and especially fur) that was missed previously or flung too far away for the rollerbar to pick up, will be missed. In my case, this means that fur was batted around the floor until it becomes large enough that the brush can't fling it too far. fur that has been flung close to a wall is missed entirely, since there's no left brush to pull it away from the wall. Further, the G30 cleans to the right (meaning it moves in a right-ward pattern), and the brush flings fur/dust to the left, onto areas of the floor that the G30 has already passed over. I have since swapped the 30 and the G30, and on low-pile carpet the G30 seems to do very well. the 30 is back cleaning my main floor. If you don't have pets, or have low-pile carpets, the G30 should work well for you. Obviously, you won't be able to use the mopping feature. Setting up for mopping is rather involved, enough so that I haven't used it, so I can't comment on the G30's mopping effectiveness. As always, your results may vary. The G30 is a decent robot vacuum, it just didn't work out well for my situation. ... show more

  • Game changer!
Style: G30 Hybrid
I was a little wary given the lower price of this model, but I am thrilled with the results. This robotic vac does a great job cleaning up after my 2 year old grand daughter and my dog! I just run it most days and my floors look and feel great. No more dust bunnies and crumbs. The wet mop feature is so easy. I am so glad I purchased this!! ... show more
