I own some other Anker accessories. They have a great team of designers and it shows in all of their products. This vac is no exception. It doesn’t look anything like the competitors. Despite it’s fancy design, it actually delivers in performance. The vac arrives in a sleek all black box with black packing and inserts. A pretty impressive unboxing experience. Suction is very powerful on both speeds. Like other reviewers have stated, it’s LOUD on the high mode. But it’s not a screamer. It wasn’t distracting or painful for me (I have tinnitus). If you are using it on the high mode, you only have about 10 mins of run time. You’ll need another battery ($50) if you’re needing to run it longer on this speed. I did this and it’s fine swapping batteries. In reality, the low or standard mode is fine for most tasks. The attachments are really nice. Nicely designed and mfg. The 2-in-1 brush and crevice tool should be on all vacs. The floor attachment and extension wand is very light, super maneuverable and doesn’t reduce suction. However, you can’t use the pet tool (power head / rotating brush) with the extension tube. Only can be used when connecting directly to the vac. The floor attachment also comes with a wet mop system, which is kind of weird, but actually works. The pads are pre-moistened with floor cleaner and attach to a stiffer like platform that snaps to the floor attachment. The charging base houses the pet hair attachment and 2-in-1 attachment as well as the vac itself. This whole thing can be mounted on the wall, believe it or not and comes with the mounting template and screws/anchors. When wall mounted, takes up very little space. Wall adapter can be connected directly to the vac if you don’t want to use the charging base. This might be ideal if you want to get an adapter to charge in your car. I actually bought this to use in the car but I’ve been surprised how much I use it in my home. Super handy. The whole unit is lightweight but it definitely doesn’t feel or look cheap. I've bought two of them. The vacuum is well designed and the power of suction is remarkable. I'd some trouble with the first one (after one year of using). For some internal reason the battery couldn't be charged. I contacted the support center and they were very nice and gentle. The send me another unit that works perfect. This vacuum impressed us with its suction power. We've owned many similar sized vacuums, this was superior to all of them. It was able to suck dust, dirt and leaves out of a dirty car floor easily. This was the main thing we wanted and is why we recommend this vacuum. However, there are two drawbacks to this powerful suction: 1. Battery life is less than ten minutes on highest power. We could not even get our whole car vacuumed before it needed to be recharged. This is rather annoying. 2. Noise. On the highest setting, this is painfully loud, we would highly recommend ear plugs when using it. Even the lower setting is uncomfortably loud, especially when used in a confined space like a car. Overall, a hand-held cordless vacuum that beats out the competition in suction power. But we wish they had gone for a much larger battery pack and some sort of noise cancellation. ... show more

This little vacuum works so well, only issue is battery charge. It will die after about 15-20 minutes of battery charge. Great for stairs. Very lightweight and powerful. I just do one area at a time then recharge.

The good: This vacuum does have good suction. We specifically love the powered attachment for pet hair. We like that the base can be mounted to the wall. The bad: Has a high pitched frequency while running, very annoying! The dust bin is small (as expected) but it's a pain to empty. The red rubber ring flips pet hair and dust out onto your hand every time you pull off the canister. When attached to the wall, the charging base sits too close to the wall to be able to hold the pet hair attachment. We ended up just leaving it on the vacuum, but it makes the vacuum top heavy while charging. The hair attachment and dust bin are not very easy to remove. Takes some muscle to get them pulled off. Not like body builder muscles, but if you have dexterity and gripping issues, you will have problems. We have short haired dogs and those short stiff hairs poke into the metal mesh filter like crazy. Plan on standing at your trashcan for several minutes picking them out by hand. Last and certainly not least.......the vacuum stops working within a year! With a fully charged battery it will only power on one time for maybe 10-15 seconds and then shuts off. Then you must recharge it again to enjoy 10 more seconds of cleaning. ... show more

Very good suction power. East to clean. Great vacuum all around for your car especially if you have pets. The one major negative is the terrible battery life. The battery life is god awful. They should include something to use the vacuum while its plugged in into your car.
