No weird aftertaste or burp-up flavor, so that's great! I was trying these to promote oil production on my face, as I have dermatitis and my skin has a hard time producing/retaining it's natural barrier. They seemed to have helped along with Omega 3's, evening primrose oil, and red currant seed oils. I did not see any effect on energy/no weight loss, but that's not why I was taking it. I have no problems or issues with the transaction itself. Because there is very little physical change when using CLA, it's hard to say whether it works better or worse than other CLA products. It's one of those supplements that is taken basically on faith that there is some positive benefit. But the purchase was flawless and product arrived as advertised and on time.

Been taking this new formulation/strength for 10 days now and the scale shows a loss of 2 pounds. No side effects and I do feel better and a bit more energized - but don’t judge this by my results. I always give a new supplement 30 days to decide whether it is working for me - so far so good. Give it a try and decide for yourself. I am felling good about this and you might too - try it!
