Love the look, capability, fabric. Instructions a little hard to understand so the video online helps a lot. Previous reviews are correct about being very firm but this is an office chair so the modern and sturdy look that provides the capability of a sleeper overrides comfort. It’s not meant to be a permanent sleeper and the cushions won’t looked sleeper in or sagging. Fabric nice as well. For price and capabilities I recommend. Fairly easy to assemble but here are so efforts required with understanding assembly. Can be assembled with one person. Happy with product so far. But haven’t used it much... daughter coming soon to spend weekend. Will see how it works then! ... show more

It was easy to assemble but needs someone with a bit of strength. It is very firm so don’t expect it to be plush. It’s not easy to turn it into bed since you have to move some parts. But overall it does it’s job well.

Arrived in two boxes making it easy to move, all pieces were included, easy to assemble, fabric and color are nice. It’s not firm as others noted. There is no padding you are literally sitting on the metal frame. So disappointed.

It looks like a some kind of large single sofa at hotel, lounge, or living room. It feel much wider and deeper than regular single sofa. It come with back pillow which helps to set back more comfortable to leaning back. It is easy assembling, and easy to transform to bed from sofa, and repeat. It is very comfortable sitting or sleeping with good softness and hardness. It is not kind of sofa with very soft sitting, rather little hard stiff feeling, which I like than super soft feeling to keep my posture stable. Material is also strong and stable. And good buy for price, if you got proper conditions with proper delivery service. Overall I am happy to choose this sofa to replace my single bed to save space in my room and looks much nicer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Update: I wish I had just gotten a guest bed. It’s not comfy. It’s doable with a mattress topper but if you need to sleep on it for more than 3 nights, I don’t recommend it. Also the different settings don’t work. I keep moving the backrest back and forth and sometimes it clicks in and most times it doesn’t, almost never into the half-rest position. So in summary: for the price? Not happy. It still looks nice as a chair but that’s it. Old review: Built today, will update if anything changes. I’m sitting in the chair as I write this review and it’s comfy! Assembly was done really fast. I didn’t have the issue other reviewers described with holes not lining up. Everything was where it was supposed to be. Only one screw did not fully go in (it wasn’t catching) but it seems to hold up either way - so far so good. Looks good! ... show more

I ordered 6 chairs and all arrived sooner than expected. Every hole was drilled perfectly with easy instructions and flawless assembly on all of them. They are gorgeous. I reported some shipping damage on one. Customer service responded instantly and kept in close contact until all was resolved. Customer service like this is a rarity. Thank you, Grace, for being you!     • Beware of the return policy!!!!!!!!!!!!

The chair itself is nice and served the purpose I needed. It is not comfy/cushy in any way. You would not want to sit in this chair and read a book. If you are looking for a chair for someone to sleep in on occasion this will work great. It was a bit difficult to assemble because the holes in one area do not line up. It's well made though, but BIG! Measure your space and then measure it again because it's BIG. I had ordered 2 and misjudged how big the chairs would look in the space. I tried to return 1 of the chairs (still boxed up / never used) and the return process / policy was appalling. You pay to ship it back (it's in 3 boxes) PLUS you pay a ridiculous restocking fee even if it's still in the box. The communication from the company was pretty good, but not a fair return policy, IMO. I could handle paying to ship it back because it was my mistake, but a restocking fee is not fair. It has made me really look at the 3rd party return policies in a whole new light so just be careful and make sure you did DEEP to find out what will happen. ... show more
