Why did you pick this product vs others?: This chair is an excellent value. It’s comfortable and works very well. I had an issue with the remote and the response from their customer service exceeded all expectations. They helped me troubleshoot and were willing to replace any part to resolve the issue. I purchase this recliner for my elderly Mom for comfort and therapy! The brown linen like fabric is nice and coordinates with the decor in our home! This is a great recliner! Setup was easy and everything was great until it wasn't great! The motor stopped working and the company promptly replaced it! After getting the replacement motor, we learned the remotes were no longer working! Again, they sent out replacement remotes, no questions asked! Although, the delivery was delayed because FedEX said they made the delivery, which we never received!...But, we received it today and customer service was awesome! They responded immediately to every sent message with resolutions!

It apparently commonly has problems breaking in transit or early on, but the seller was ready to communicate with my granddaughter and sent an entire new chair motor, which was easy for her to replace herself even without instructions. Assembly is easy and straightforward, the chair itself is very comfortable, and it was a great value for what it is and what it accomplishes. The heat feature is pretty faint, but they are even the first to admit that in the instructions. I’m sure that is a safety feature, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case anyone is thinking of purchasing based on the heat. The vibration message works great, though!

Chair stopped working after 6 months. One year warranty from manufacture BUT they are giving me the run around on figuring out how to get the chair fixed. I’ve waited a month for them to send a new remote (which I don’t believe will resolve the issue, it appears the motor stopped working). Now they are stating they need to make the parts before they can send them to me????? I then contacted Amazon.. and because this is a product that is sold and shipped by an independent seller, and the description of the product was accurate (what does that have to do with it?) they cannot help me. Amazon needs to stop allowing this seller from selling products from their website.

I purchased this recliner last summer. It is comfortable and has nice features; i.e. heat, massage, remote etc. All of a sudden the lifting mechanism stopped. It had to be an issue with the remote cord or motor. I contacted the seller and after sending some pictures, they sent me a replacement cord. Voila! It works and solved the problem! I recommend their customer service 100%. Satisfied customer here.
