I’ve been looking for an espresso machine that would take ground coffee and could cover the basics really well. This machine is perfect for that. It does single shots, double shots, steams milk and pours hot water. It’s all I need in an espresso machine. I love the sleek metal look as well, it looks great in my home. I have been experimenting with different espresso recipes for drinks and enjoying it. Get this one if you’re on the fence I recommend it

I'm used to professional espresso machines, so was a little dubious about a home machine this small that is not a boiler style. For the price, it's a good little machine. That said, it is not a "push one button get an espresso" machine. If you follow the excellent instruction manual exactly AND have some patience dialing in the grind and pressure needed for proper tamping, you can and will get a very decent cup of espresso from this machine. You might even get two or three, but you probably won't get to make three cappuccino is a row because it just can't handle that kind of quick output. The tank holds a good amount of water, but ithe machine uses a lot of water in the process of making even one serving. And there's the setup, which is not exactly quick. This isn't this machine's fault. It's just the nature of most home pump machines. The end product is good, but it's not instantaneous. Machine warm-up, priming, bleeding -- it takes time. If you're patient, you'll be rewarded with a good espresso and rich cream. If you rush it, you'll get a cup of weak, thin espresso not worth the bother. The right grind is critical. I have a burr grinder that is supposed to grind fine enough for Turkish -- which I'd never tried with it before -- and that was almost not fine enough for this machine to make the most of. Anything less fine led to a thin beverage with little mouthfeel. (Granted, the coffee type contributed a little to that.). I finally picked up some coffee from a professional local roaster who had the serious grinder to handle the task properly. The tradeoff there is that I didn't have freshly ground beans. Enter air tight canister and buying in small quantities. Once it is up to temp/pressure and ready to use, the actual making of a cup of espresso is pretty simple. The machine does it all, and you have no way to adjust for personal tastes. The frother is adequate, but has limited ability to keep up with out waiting for the machine to recover from the coffee extraction process. I prefer to use the machine for coffee only and froth the milk with a different device. Otherwise, someone is standing around tapping their foot, waiting for their cup of coffee. In all, a good little machine with some inevitable drawbacks common to many home machines. It's priced right, and would be most useful for no more than two people who have a little patience.

Espresso Machine with Steam MilkFrother, 20 Bar Stainless Steel Coffee Maker. Includes Detachable Water Tank/Drip Tray, Hot Water Function for Home & Office Use. Stylish and compact design great for limited space. When I see how compact it is, I was expecting to use my normal coffee mug size with this machine, but unfortunately it doesn't fit. I had to remove the tray in order to make the coffee. The 20 bar pressure works perfectly, the coffee flavor is very strong, you can see the color of the coffee in the pictures, very dark. The machine is fast with simple functions. The steam wand works great for hot water, but not at all for milk frother. When testing this part, is was impossible for me to get a decent foamed milk. The machines is compact and lightweight, so when you are adjusting the aluminum portafilter in place, the machine is unstable, you have to hold the machine. Other issue is the capacity of the machine to warm, is fast but too hot, so after one single use, the machine turns very hot and automatically the machine enter in protection mode, and you need to wait until is safe to use again. The machine turns too hot, you need to be very careful. I think this coffee maker is a little pricey.
