This pack appears to be very well made - I like that it keeps its form and its clear thoughtful design went into the making with pocket placement, zipper, how it opens, etc. I use it predominantly for work - but will at the soonest opportunity, use it for road trips as well. It keeps my dinner at safe/cold temperatures for 4-5 hours, easily - eliminating the need to use a refrigerator which is inconveniently located 7 departments away. I haven't tested it beyond 5 hours but see no reason it would not hold its temperature beyond that. It has a rugged exterior that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. My son asked for this brand so I figured I'd give it try. I'm glad I did. Lots of room in this 8 can size bag. Love the extra compartment in the front for napkins, wipes, silverware and even your phone to keep it separate from liquid.

I always believed that RTIC was a good brand, but this cooler disappoints. It does not hold ice or keep beverages cold for 3 hours on a golf cart in 70-degree weather. I have had better coolers for a much less expensive price. This item is definitely not worth the cost!!!!
