I’ve only had the machine for about a week but I am loving it! The instructions make it seem a little scary, like you can easily screw it up if you don’t do everything perfectly. But I’ve found it very simple to use. I’m currently using a bag of Tim Hortons whole bean coffee beans. The grinder works well and isn’t as loud as I thought it might be. The extraction process is simple. Making steamed milk takes longer than the big expensive machines but just be patient. It comes out amazing! The value of this little machine is well worth it. I have had less and more expensive machines and this is the best ! The espresso is really good !! The frother is ok but I prefer a separate frother for really thick froth. I’ve never found an espresso machine with a really good consistent frother that isn’t a bit finicky. I definitely recommend this machine ! ... show more
