I have had the machine about a month now and since I’ve had it, I haven’t used my 12 cup coffee maker since. I really like the americano feature as it’s my go to use. It is pretty noisy but this being my first espresso maker, maybe they are all loud. Other than that, it’s simple to use. I simply just wanted the americano feature so I’m happy.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and I’m honestly so happy with it. It makes delicious coffee, and the best part is that I can make two espressos at the same time perfect when I’m in a rush or someone else wants coffee too. It has a steam wand for heating and frothing milk, and it turns out super creamy, just like at a café. There are several functions I’ve been trying out, and they’re all really easy to use (though I’m already obsessed with just the espresso). And I won’t lie🤭 I also chose it because it’s cute it looks so nice in my kitchen. Feels like such a great purchase.😍

I love this little espresso machine as a beginners espresso machine!!! I was a little angry at first when I got it and tried using it. It was airlocked and I follwed all instructions. It took hours to get it working...but since then has been working fine in brewing espresso. The warming plate on the top doesn't get very hot and only works half the time, but I don't use it anyhow. I don't use the steam wand as my main purpose is to add espresso to my iced coffee. Takes a few seconds to heat up and start brewing with a little noise. Read a review before about the annoying power button blinking constantly, it was annoying but a piece of black electrical tape solves it. It does leave the grounds a little wet after brewing. I've found that in grinding my own beans, just a hair finer than what's recommended works better and leaves the grounds not as wet. You'll definitely need to buy an accessories kit that has the WDR tool, espresso press, and 51mm screens! They do help make a better cup!

Heats quickly. Cup doesn’t move on the tray when it vibrates during use. Steams well and makes a great froth. Drip tray easy to remove and clean. Water tank is just the right size, not too big or small. The hot espresso is excellent. I haven’t used the cold option and probably won’t. The only thing I don’t like, when the machine is off the power icon flashes. It annoys me so much I unplug it while not in use. Over all, great product for the price.

The espresso machine is a good machine. I rated it neutral just because I did have to do an exchange on the first one that I got because of a faulty pump and it would not prime at all even with trouble shooting. After I did get a different one it has been great. The size is perfect it is very compact so ideal for a small kitchen or someone who doesn't have alot of counter space. I like how it has multiple functions on it along with being able to steam milk if you want. You are able to do multiple shots back to back. Like with everything new there is a learning curve but once you get the hang of how to get a good puck for espresso the taste is good coming out of this machine. I like it all around. For the price it is a good machine and it is great for making at home drinks. Cleaning it is easy and I have had no problems sense doing an exchange.
