one best thing about purchasing from amazon is , the easy return or exchange. i have to request a return for this item coz when i open it was already broken in which they said no need to return they will send another item. the second ( replacement) came 2 days after and before i open it i carefuly look inside and both rollers are cracked. i really think this manufacturer need to improve the quality of this item and package this better. ... show more
